Took my 10 year old tabby cat here recently to have a lump removed from his head. The Surgeon and Care were great but the staff was borderline unfriendly the 3 times I went in. Also I get it, vet care is expensive no problem, but felt EXTREMLY nickel & dimed the entire time I was in there. I cannot recommend this place nor would I go back.

Oct 11, 2022 · Katie StephensI would give this place 5 stars but Dr. Navarro is one of the slowest veterinarian I have ever encountered. I went in because my dog wasn’t eating and I spent over 3 hours in the office for them to run “several” test and still couldn’t even tell me what was going on. Ran the bill up over 400 dollars for what ? Please if you decide to make your ways over there I suggest you go to ANYONE but Dr. Navarro if you don’t want your time wasted.
Feb 06, 2024 · Dre AMy dog is hit by a Car rushed it there. Just for them to turn me away. Because I didn't have enough money for everything but it cost me $270 for them Just to tell me the same thing.I told them when I walked in the door. Not even a X-ray. Waste of my money which could have went towards my dog's leg. That's broke. Veterinarian, very rude too. They have no heart, shouldn't be veterinarians.
Jun 01, 2024 · Blackcat MeowI am not one that usually posts anything. I will leave a comment or two, however, I felt that this needed to be said. Saturday morning I went outside to feed the birds and I found a juvenile wild bunny barely breathing in my yard. I picked it up and placed it in a blanket, got in my car and drove to the nearest vet, Animal Health Center of Port St Lucie. I went inside and asked the receptionist if they would euthanize the bunny to free it from its suffering and I would pay for it. She stated that they don't provide this service. After pleading with her, she went in the back, talked to someone and came back and told me that they only treat dogs and cats. REALLY!! How compassionate is that not to end the suffering of a poor creature. I left, drove to my vet, Kelly's Animal Hospital in SLW and the humane thing to do was done. In case you are wondering, there is no law that would prevent a vet's office to end the suffering of an animal other than a dog or cat. It is a choice.
