Animal Health Care of North Branch

If you want a friendly staff member, do NOT talk to Carol. I felt talked down to through our whole conversation and she didn't even have the decency to say 'goodbye'. Just hung up. I will say though that the Dr. is amazing. I've been there once before and he's old school (which i love) and VERY informative! But today's conversation has me hesitant to even go back.

A couple of weeks ago my dog developed a lump. I called her regular vet. After not hearing from or being able to reach our regular vet for days. I called Animal care of North Branch. I was able to get her in the same day. They did a wonderful job taking care of her and believe me she didn’t make it easy on them. She was scared and in pain. We will now be bringing her here.

Best veterinary care I have found by far. Starting off with the receptionist Gail - she is the loveliest person and is always so kind and patient even when they are slammed with nonstop calls. I've had a few urgent issues and they fit me in right away. The vets are extremely knowledgeable and take extra time to explain things to you and make sure you leave confident with your pet's care. The vet techs/assistants are phenomenal and really take the time to get to know your pet - my dog is problematic and needs a muzzle, but the techs he works with have taken time to learn what works best so that he has as good of an experience as possible and is in and out quickly. Yes you do need to wait in your car for your appointment but it's no longer than an average wait time and is usually quick unless at their peak hours - they started this during covid and kept it as it's safer for all animals to not have run ins with each other in a waiting room. I highly recommend this vet!!

The best vet office with the most helpful staff in the world! I had international flights planned with two cats and when a mistake was made on the cats’ paperwork that was going to the whole staff spent days and evenings outside of work hours doing everything they could to rectify the situation and went above and beyond to help us out. They saved us so much stress and re-planning. Their prices have also always been very reasonable and everyone is always so friendly ◡̈ I can’t praise them enough!!!

The staff were all very caring & friendly. The dr. was really nice & they got us in right away. I would definitely recommend them.
