Took my German shepherd in was able to get him in the same day. Got everything done pretty quickly. Everyone was helpful and sweet. Took amazing care of my baby. Didn’t try to pressure for any treatments, which was appreciated. Will take my pet in here again.

Absolutely love Dr. Wood and her team! Had an emergency appointment yesterday. I am happy with how the appointment went and how Hostess Twinkie seemed afterwards. I know his leg is ok and the medication prescribed is helping the pain and inflammation. I'm happy he had 2 important vaccinations, and has his toenail cut. We have a treatment plan for vaccinations and will be doing lab work to ensure all is well.

groomer is very good. I have a spoiled dog and is very difficult in the service, but the dog was cut very neatly and beautifully, groomer listened to all the wishes and fulfilled everything, my dog was little aggressive due to the fact that this was our first visit, but the groomer and the reception were understanding, we were completely unbearable to pay little extra for inconvenience and I am very happy and grateful for such a possible. I definitely recommend this place.

Overall service was ok. Went for the "Free first visit" yeah ok I get it nothing is free.. The part that rubs me raw is I couldn't be bothered with a call back after several messages regarding an urgent matter but boy cancel your upcoming appointment on Wednesday at the open of business Monday and they call you within a couple minutes saying that they will need a deposit since you canceled last minute... The fuq?? Stuff happens and I left a message yesterday (Sunday) the short version they couldn't pay me to come back with a service model like theirs.. SIDE NOTE DON'T SEND A TEXT WITH AN OPTION TO CANCEL IF IT IS TECHNICALLY NOT AN OPTION

PLEASE, PLEASE and PLEASE do not take your pet to this Vet. I had a very loving , beautiful , loyal 13 year old dog.. Took him here on a whim just to have a check up and overall health opinion. At first all seemed well, then came the pricey bills, over medications, excessive recommendations and general mis handling .. After 3 short weeks and $2500 later , my dear dog died a violent , convulsing, confused and horrible death.. I was heartbroken. but they did offer to give me a partial refund for the meds I didn't need anymore. Nice.. If you love your pet, go ANYWHERE else.
