The staff and doctors here are amazing and super helpful. My indoor cat got out and was attacked. This facility got me in same day I called. My 11 mon cat was examined and diagnosed within 15 minutes. I didnt have to wait. I was worried about the invoice but turns out they are affordable and I highly recommend them to all pet owners.

My cat wasn't eating or drinking so i thought maybe he was at his end days being an older cat around 14 years old maybe 16 not sure cause ive had him for 11 years . They ran tests and said his bloodwork was good and that he probably needed his teeth cleaned 750 bucks . He needed a course of antibiotics to make him stronger for putting him under for the teeth cleaning. 8 days later he's lost a ton of weight and is close to death from not eating on his own or just what i could force in him. The night before his teeth clean i call them and ask if cleaning his teeth will make his eat again if he survives it . They said yes bring him in and pay us half the bill up front to clean the teeth 375 bucks . I took him for a second opinion and the doctor said hes going to die on his own in two days if you stop force feeding him . And he did die peacefully 2 days later from old age . We had a good 2 days , he was happy going to his favorite spots and was ready to go on day 2 .So always get a second cause this place clearly was trying to grift me and caused my cat unnecessary torment for their greed . I even said to them i think my cat is at his end and they said no such thing as dying of old age. So sad we miss you forrest

I have gone to Animal General Hospital for many years. Always very professional and great with my Yorkies. Very caring. I also go to the groomer in the same building. I have used this groomer for over 3 years at another site. Highly recommend them.
