I recently adopted a double merle Pomeranian, and double merle dogs commonly suffer from hearing and vision problems. The entire staff at the Northern KY office was welcoming and wonderful. I left with the confidence that my new boy had been seen by the best, and with the reassurance that his vision, although not perfect, was remarkably better than a lot of dogs with his genetic abnormality. Thank you for everything.

Ken and myself were impressed with everything from start to finish! The examination, tests, etc. you performed on Snow were thoroughly explained, as were answering our questions. You actually spent time with us, didn’t act rushed, and we’re very compassionate, which we were so grateful for, because it’s becoming a lost art in the (human) medical field!! In fact, I would like to know if you can be my physician?? 😂🤣 I was impressed with how quickly you had the write up with what was done today, diagnosis at this point, and what we might expect at our follow up appointment printed out on our receipt the minute we got to the desk to check out. Thank you again and see you in two weeks, Snow, Ken, and Janet

We were very pleased with our visit. The staff was extremely attentive and thorough. Also, them getting us in the same day we first made contact was a huge plus. Post visit, we felt that we really understood what was going on with our Zoey's eye condition and confident that she was prescribed the treatment she needed to heal.
