The staff here is amazing. It's crazy to me to see people leaving reviews based off waiting times. This place is like the only one that has an actual board certified Dr.... and hands down the best..including the staff! When you go to the doctor's office, especially a specialist, you're usually going to have a little bit of a wait and sometimes a long wait. You never know what the person before you is going through and you would want that same time and attention for yourself or your pet. Or maybe someone showed up late messing up the entire schedule of the day. Everyone has a different situation and sometimes things happen that are out of our control. I would rather wait and know that my fur babies got the proper care. Word to the wise, there are other doctors out there stating they are "eye doctors", they are not but they definitely charge like they are and your left with an incorrect diagnosis, an empty wallet, and a fur baby who's still back at step one 😢. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go see Dr. Holmberg and his staff and get your baby treated right the first time. I love my primary vet but my baby's eyes were not getting a solution to his issues until I came here. Thank you to the whole staff you guys are hands down the best🤗

Everyone from the the front desk to the techs and Dr Holmberg were absolutely amazing ! All took the time and listened in detail to my concerns of my almost 15 year old Malshi . Very welcoming and didn’t try to push any unnecessary medication or surgery on our little lily rose. After a series of tests turns out her condition was normal and age appropriate for 15 and only recommended supplements Very relieved Thank You so much

The entire team was exceptional. Such a nice pace explaining all steps related to the visit, testing, and surgical procedure. The practice exuded a warmth. Clinical team was very relatable and discussed pros/cons regarding surgical outcomes. Dr. Holmberg thoroughly explained everything in detail as well as addresing sensitive concerns such as cost. He was down to earth. The practice is a reflection of a caring team treating the client as their own pet. Clearly wait the worth to get an appointment as a new patient. And Annie enjoyed the free snacks in the waiting area as well as the exam room. Thank you.

I felt secure with the care my dog was provided. My concerns were address. I would recommend this hospital to family and friends.

This is an exceptional vet. Caring, kind and high quality evidence based medicine. Yes, there is occasionally a wait. However, if a doctor’s office always runs on time, it means they won’t take the extra time when you are the special or difficult case. I drive out of my way to come here and would recommend it to anyone who needs specialized veterinary eye care.

I was referred to this center by my veterinarian. Along with other referrals as well, but this hospital was most recommended. I’m glad that I reached out and made an appointment with them for one of my French Bulldogs who has had health issues throughout his entire life thus far. The center was only 20 minutes from where I live. And the center itself was exactly what I was looking for in a specialty hospital. All of the staff were lovely collectively and made Louie and I feel welcome and safe and secure in their facility. Both the doctors and technicians were very knowledgeable and very informative. I felt that they addressed all of my questions and concerns based upon Louie’s condition. Overall, they took the best care of us and put me at ease after having had Louie’s appointment! I’m optimistically hopeful that they’ve correctly assessed and addressed Louie’s condition correctly and have guided us towards his 100% recovery. Our senior pug, Shadow, receives excellent care every visit. Absolutely everyone is polite and obviously loves what they do. I highly recommend their services and the facility is meticulously clean.
