They saved our fur baby’s life. Assessment of our dog’s condition started seconds after we stepped inside the facility and showed us the initial diagnosis (which turned out to be accurate after series of tests were done) in less than 10 minutes. The process of treatment needed, estimated cost timeline were clearly explained to us. They called every 8-10 hours to update us on the condition. They are very passionate with their job and treated our baby as their own. Phenomenal! Dr. Ying, Dr. Morgan, Stacie and all the vets, vet techs and front desk staff whose names I forgot, thank you very much for taking best care of Fence.

Mar 08, 2025 · Joey DezaI came to this location late last night and I was greeted and my pup was scee. pretty quickly. The staff from the receptionist, to the techs and the vet were all professional and knowledgeable. Joey was especially sweet and disclosed all information clearly, she showed genuine concern over the well being of my pup which is one of the most important factors when I bring my dogs to receive care. I usually go to blue pearl for emergencies but this ER will be my to go to from now on. Keep up the great work 😁
Feb 24, 2025 · April GarciaReally appreciated the care little Bentley got while in their care! I arrived and was very panicked about his condition and the receptionist quickly had a technician come up and triage him. Once the tech looked at his gums (which is why I was panicking, they were extremely pale) she calmly took him to the back to be immediately assessed and came back up to go over the plan and provided an easy to understand cost breakdown. They started on treatment and then the doctor spoke with me and went over her concerns and recommended hospitalization and treatments. She was extremely thorough in her explanation, and made it easy for me to understand. Her knowledge and experience made me feel comfortable with not only moving forward with everything recommended but leaving him with them overnight. After being in their care for 2PM to 7AM, he is so much better! The tech went over discharge instructions thoroughly and answered all of my questions From arriving as a very lethargic and pale pup, he left perky and excited! I really can’t thank the team enough for their care, compassion, and love they showed to little Bentley! Shout to Megan, Candice, Christina, DeMarcus and Dr. Mihalevich!
Mar 23, 2025 · Kaitlyn ParadisoI had taken my dog Omega to our vet for surgery for stones in urine. Unfortunately my dog took a turn for the worse and by the time we took him animal er he had passed. They were very sympathetic and compassionate. We had him cremated with them. A week later, we received a sympathy card from them signed by the whole staff with a paw and nose print. It truly meant the world to us as we took Omegas death hard. Our own vet didn't call us or send us anything. This is definitely a place I would take my fur babies to over my own vet.
Nov 22, 2024 · Laura QuijanoMy cat was diagnosed with cancer at our regular vet and, one week later, she passed away very suddenly at home. I was surprised it happened so fast; I hadn't yet made plans for her passing and it was late at night on a Saturday. I called this vet ER and they were incredibly kind on the phone, answered my questions. I was able to bring my girl in after midnight and they took care of her until the cremation group they work with could pick her up. The staff there that night was so gentle with us-- offered us as much time as we needed with her before we said goodbye. Yesterday I received a beautiful card from them, signed by staff, with personal sentiments...and her paw/nose prints. I was so touched that they took the time to do that. I don't know how they do what they do, but I'm so grateful that the folks of this ER were there for our us when we needed it most.
