Very kind and friendly. We brought my dog in when she was throwing up blood. The wait was a bit long but not unreasonable for an emergency room. My dog was very nervous so they let her stay with me as much as possible. The vet was very kind and knowledgeable. They wanted to find the underlying cause but didn’t do a ton of unnecessary tests. I was quiet pleased with our care (though I hope to never have to take my dog back)

We brought our sweet tortie here after she stopped eating or drinking. After testing revealed she was experiencing severe pancreatitis, she spent 4 days and 3 nights receiving treatment. The whole ordeal was very scary, but made so much better knowing she was in such good hands. We received regular updates and I especially appreciated that we were able to visit her. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. After her release we have continued working with their internal medicine department which has also been a lovely experience. Emmy is very happy to be home and feeling much better.

After taking my dog (Turkey) to the Animal Emergency & Specialty Center in Parker, CO, after hours on a Friday night for a little pet emergency, I will say we were more than impressed with the entire process and staff. The wait time, the genuine treatment and care for our dog, the knowledge we gained and the low costs - we will never even consider another urgent care/after hours facility for our dog! From our first call to ask some questions, to leaving the center on a Friday night - we were blown away with the level of service and care. They treated us as professionally and as kind as could be, entire staff was more than friendly and very knowledgeable, the doctors and technicians sincerely cared for us and our dog, and the cost of care was positively surprising to say the least. This place rocks. I HIGHLY recommend the Animal Emergency & Specialty Center for all of your pet's urgent care and after hours treatment. Love this place. Customer for life.

So grateful for the staff at the Animal Emergency & Specialty center. Unfortunately, the first two times we visited we did not go home with our dogs but the staff are all so caring and have had such attention to detail during those hard times. It was more than to be expected for someone who wasn’t our regular vet. This last visit was a much better visit. We came home with our dog along with a good prognosis and no issues at all. The staff was so kind and so thoughtful and so quick to treat what was going on it just reassured me that my dog, which is my family, is in great hands when he’s there.

Every time I come here we’re always greeted and treated by the sweetest people. Had to bring the doggo in for the same reason both times and They're always very patient and understanding and actually listened to me when I talked to them about my girl. I never feel like they want to try and milk my wallet like I’ve heard in other horror stories about emergency vets. Both times payment has been pretty reasonable for what we needed. Hopefully we don’t need to anymore but if we do we will always come here!

My travel pup saw Dr. Song and her team for a possible spine/back issue. She was amazing in dealing with my maligator, who had zero exercise prior to her exam and explaining treatment options. Great experience, and I would recommend this team to any pet owners!

My French Bulldog, Gigi, with IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease) had become paralyzed in her hind legs and Dr. Rachel Song (veterinary neurosurgeon) came in on the weekend to perform her emergency neurosurgery. We are 10 days post operative and making great gains in nerve healing and mobility. My experience with AESC has been exemplary. Every staff member from administrative to financial to vet techs and doctors were compassionate and responsive to my needs. I am so grateful to AESC for the 5-Star care. I feel that the price for services/surgery was fair and was explained to me very well in advance of the procedure. I highly recommend AESC for high level emergent care and wonderful follow up care.

Great quality of care for Spike from the front desk personnel, vet technician, and Dr. Lori. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and they provided Spike the quality of care like he was their own pet. Dr. Lori explained Spike's diagnosis and prognosis in terms that I could fully understand. I would/will definitely recommend Dr. Lori and Animal Emergency & Specialty Center for any oncology needs.
