Amazing staff was so helpful treating our pup Brodie after a scary fall. They were so kind and reassuring during my initial panicked phone call and I am so grateful they could see us immediately! They truly went above and beyond to make sure Brodie was ok and that I was I fully informed and comfortable. They even let us hangout for a few hours in case his status changed since I was so concerned. Thank you so much to this group!

Last night we had to put my dog down. He was old and had health issues. He gave us all the signs rapidly that it was time. He was there before last year for a little stint he did. From both experiences I have no complaints. The staff are very sympathetic and understanding. When they put him down, the vet and lady at the desk, were comforting. The staff made sure he wasn’t in pain anymore and that he went comfortably. They don’t rush you when saying goodbye which is sweet. My only complaint is how expensive it is but for the average person most things are ; and for our furry family members, it’s worth every penny.

Very friendly and helpful staff and doctors. Immaculate facility, clean and organized. We’ve used them both for a planned surgery as well as emergency visits for our senior smooth fox terrier, Charlie. Highly recommend them for both planned and emergency needs.

Dr. Chang was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to walk us through our options with our 11 y/o Pomeranian. We didn’t even wait 2 mins from walking in to being seen (we had an apt on a Friday at 11AM). I would go back here time and time again. Super clean, state of the art facility.

I think that staff is great. The services were extremely good. However, the do not believe the costs are reflective of the services. It is extremely overpriced. Each experience that I have unfortunately had to have has been financially excessive. I feel like that just because you love your furbaby, it should not be a means to prey on your vulnerability. I've noticed that your pet is held until you can pay. Its sad the way capitalism is at the forefront. Love your pet and pay.

My 16 month old Boston Terrier had a luxating patella. Being that he was so young, Dr Brophy suggested the surgery to fix it. Of course I was apprehensive because he was the baby. I decided to do it so he could run and play like a dog should. I am very pleased with the results. He healed beautifully. Dr Brophy and the entire staff were amazing. Took the time to explain everything and showed kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend Dr Brophy and AERA.
