Dec 22, 2024 · Jewell TomowWe visited Animal Emergency of Pasco for our Labrador Bailey. Her ear filled up with fluid. The doctor and staff were very nice through the whole process. The doctor was very informative and explained how the different treatment options. We all agreed to let it take it's course. If anything changes, we'd bring her back or get in touch with her regular vet. So far, her ear is healing fine. It's nice to know we have a safe place to take our dog if an emergency arises.
Feb 28, 2025 · Dawn StolzThank you Dr Lee and the fabulous staff for saving my puppy’s life. They see worst emergency first. She was first in. That how close to death she was. Cookie has a bad heart. She isn’t expected to live long. We are devastated. But thanks to animal emergency … She’ll be able to live the rest of her life in comfort surrounded by the people who loved her! Thank you for saving her life so we can give her that time! So she will know what it’s like to be loved!

Oct 18, 2024 · Debbie HayesIt’s taken me 4 years to write this review because every time I think back on the ordeal, I get angry. This place is horrendous. Years ago my beloved soul dog was dying from HEG so I rushed her up there to be PTS and I will forever regret that choice. She was barely responsive but I didn’t want her to suffer as there was no telling how long it would have taken for her to pass. When I got there they had a sign to call, I did and it just rang and rang even though I could see them sitting at the desk. I got up and knocked and they told me to call. They answered, I explained the situation and they said a vet would be right out. 20 minutes later vet comes to my car and tells me she is going to take her to the back to put in an IV and I can meet them in a room. They had 2 large dogs running around lose in the waiting room (no owners)that the Vet literally had to dodge and shake my dog while she dodged these dogs and then I had to wait while they put them away before I could walk in. I walk inside and they asked me what I would want to do with her body. I asked if I could discuss it once she is gone as again, she was barely responsive and would be passing so soon. They told that was not allowed as they needed to know what to do with her body. Mind you, they don’t do the cremation there, they send it off so waiting 30 minutes for me to say goodbye wouldn’t have been a big deal. And all I was doing was choosing an urn package essentially. While I was quickly choosing an urn package she tried to upsell me multiple times. I finally picked and paid (still haven’t seen my dog yet) and they charged me twice! I got an alert from my credit card the exact moment the charge came through. She told me I was lying so I had to show her the charges. She didn’t know how to initiate a credit so she needed help. I begged for me to go to the room with my dog before she passed and they could deal these in the meantime and was refused. Several minutes later I finally get back to the room, say goodbye to my sweet dog and those 2 dogs from earlier BURST INTO THE EXAM ROOM AND JUMPED ALL OVER ME AND ON THE COUNTER WHERE MY DOGS LIFELESS BODY WAS. I had to holler for them to come and get these dogs and it took them several minutes. If there was another place in the area that was 24/7 I guarantee you this place would have been out of business years ago but the urgent care on 54 closes at 8 and the next closest is on Bears and in a life or death situation, that’s too far. I hope another places opens so this horrible place can finally close. Also I had to calm them weeks later to ask if my dogs remains had come in and they said “oh yea we meant to call, they’ve been here”
