This was one of the worst experiences I have had while having to put one of my pets down. The staff that was on call on the morning of December 30th had ZERO compassion, sympathy, empathy for my dog or for my family. They could careless that our family was suffering at the loss of our pet. They were insistant on attempting to take my dying pet away from me to put an IV catheter in, instead of allowing us to stay with him during this. Thankfully, my pet refused to get up and go with the people. We were the only people there and were still there, for over an hour. We waited to finally be moved to the back room for the procedure for approximately 35 minutes. Totally unacceptable. I only gave them 1 star because I did have a very positive experience with the clinic when I had to put my cat down.

Took my pup here in the middle of the night and had them run some xrays to ensure no blockage. We were concerned he ate something. Staff was very kind and understanding. They explained everything and were very helpful. It was an expensive experience, however, so be prepared to pay up for the luxury of a large, clean facility which operates around the clock. I was hardly concerned with price, though, as you can't put a price on the health of those you love.

I have been taking my dog here for a number of years, as well as recommended Animal ER to my family. Recently I found a homeless animal, didnt know what to do with it and David went out of his way to get in touch with the dogs owner. Continue your hard work, supporting your clients as well as the animals that come through your hospital is the reason that brought me in the first time and will keep me coming back.

Do not go in there. The doctor's major concern is your money, not the necessary health care for your pet. They will try to make you purchase unnecessary services and try to convince you that they really need to work on your pet when they don't. Their prices are excessive. I did compare how much I was charged for a surgery on my cat with another vet - the vet I talked to said that she would only charge so much if she was performing a brain surgery on a cat. Do not go there ..... the doctors there are all about wanting to get your money.

Animal ER We were treated with respect and thoughtfulness. Our dog died at our home. We brought him there to be cremated. Everyone was very compassionate. Open 24 hours, I would recommend to everyone.
