We recently had to put our pet down. It never happens during business hours when you need help and we made the call to visit your emergency clinic. The staff was beyond sweet- they take them back and partially sedate them so they are more comfortable. You get to sit with them in a comfortable room until you’re ready for them to do the inevitable. Then you can sit with them as long as you like afterwards as well. Beyond appreciative of how they handled this hard day, along with the nose print we received in the mail a few days later. (We got paw print that evening to take home). The price was really reasonable as well for emergency office. We visited the office back in September for emergency care for this pet and they handled it so great than too with what you could do for her. Just all around really greatful for your staff. This was a way different experience than when I was younger and had to do this for another pet. Thank you guys again! I couldn’t recommend you enough, really did my orka momma justice. Photos so hopefully others see the bragging about great care.

Our fur baby suddenly became very ill and needed to have an ultrasound our vet couldn’t provide. The vet hospital that could provide this service couldn’t do it for a week. We brought her to the emergency vet because she needed care sooner than a week. My husband brought her in to the Emergency Clinic and all though the news wasn’t what we wanted to hear the Dr and staff were amazing. They were able to give her medicine and a diet for what she was diagnosed with and gave us some extra time with her. Yesterday she started to fail fast and our vet was closed. We called and they had us bring her in; we knew it was time and they took such good care of her and my husband. I cannot say enough about the care and compassion they provide not only to your pet but the family as well. It’s never easy but they did help, by being so compassionate, in a way that you know you did what was right by letting them go to be pain free. Bella’s Dad and Mom are so thankful for all of you!

I just want to thank everyone at the clinic. Your level of professionalism and compassion is top notch so much so you are my first google review. We had to let Miles go yesterday. He rescued us around 8-9 years ago. In that time he managed to sneak every oz of his 180 lbs into our hearts. End of life is not easy with a Dane, besides the heart wrenching aspect there is the physical reality of a huge sluggish not really wanting to move part. You did amazing with the short notice making Miles, my wife and me as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Again thank you and know you made a very very shi##% experience a little more tolerable.

My family took our dog Peyton here the other day. Unfortunately the diagnosis was what we feared. Every staff member was so compassionate from the moment we got there til the time we left. They gave us as much time as we needed with him and put us in a nice clean room. We were lucky to be there with him to say our goodbyes. The doctor was very informative and options were given. You can tell they all love their job. I wish I remembered names so I could personally thank each and everyone one of them .

I don't even know where to begin. My poor little Yorkie girl Paisley had a bow tied around her ear (not too tight) for a week. I went to give her a bath and when I took it out, her ear looked like the photo of her in the green sweater. Her ear was like cement and it was so red on the inside. I tried to look closer and she let out the biggest scream. I was mortified!!! What did I do to my baby?! I called her vet and they couldn't do anything for her. But they recommended that I bring her here. I'm so incredibly glad that I did. I came early Christmas Eve morning and it wasn't busy. I checked in right away. I only waited for maybe 10 minutes before they brought me back into a room. Mariah came in and talked to me about everything that they wanted to do or possibly do. Which inevitably was to remove her ear. I was completely beside myself. The option to take her home and let it fall off was not an option. Dr. Crystal Ruter came in and discussed everything with me in complete detail. Including the cost, treatment plan and recovery process. She understood my concerns and was extremely sympathetic. I agreed to the surgery knowing that it was for the best. She told me that she would call me when Paisley was ready. She called me a lot sooner than I expected. Things went better than expected. Paisley did really well. None of my other fur babies, her two sisters ever wore these cones. So this is unchartered territory for both of us. When I arrived, Mariah explained everything to me about her care. Especially her medication. I checked out and then they brought her out to me. They said that once her ear heals, the hair will start to grow back. I really hope so. I'm so eternally grateful to Amber, Melissa, Mariah and Dr. Ruter for taking such excellent care of Paisley. For being so incredibly kind and compassionate with me during a really difficult time. You're definitely in the right profession. I wouldn't have made it through this experience without all of you. I highly recommend that you bring your beloved animals here. Not only will they get the best care, you will too!! ❤️🐾
