Went here last night and my experience was great. My 1 year old dog was whining in pain and constantly licking his bum. Come to find out he had an abscess on his anal gland! They took him back immediately and began treatment. The doctor and vet tech were so kind and informative. They were able to drain the abscess and sent us home with some medicine. Came in at 11:19pm and left at 12:24 am. I was also billed a fair price. These people took away my baby’s pain.

My dog experienced a Copperhead snake bite and had to rush him to the Animal Emergency Clinic. When I arrived the staff was quick to see him and clearly explained all that needed to be done to take care of him. He had to spend the night and when I called every hour throughout the night they were very patient and provided status updates each time. Thank you to everyone working that night for taking such good care of him.

I took our cat of 12 years here because I knew she wasn’t doing well. It was a Sunday night around 10 pm, with 4 people in the waiting room and more coming in. They took my cat to the back and within minutes they called me to the desk to let me know she was critical. They presented me with options and we went from there. I didn’t want her to suffer more so I decided on euthanasia. The vet and staff were accommodating and quick, which to this former farm and ranch girl is a huge plus. I would recommend Animal Emergency Clinic NE to anyone who needs emergency care for their fur babies.

We have a new puppy, and are older *parents*. Our Sydney ate a tube of toothpaste with xylitol and fluoride, both toxic to dogs...especially puppies. Dr. Chen and his staff were immediately on task! Animal poison control was contacted and recommended treatment plan taken. Thank you so much to staff and Doc. We have now totally childproof our home and know exactly where to go in an emergency. And the cost was affordable.

Today was a very hard day. My fourteen-year-old chihuahua had a seizure, and it caught us by surprise. The first time I took him to this emergency room, it was early in the morning because of diarrhea. Dr. Walter treated him and got him stable many months ago, thank God. Once again, Dr Walter was there and took care of Bebe. She was incredibly humane and understanding, she recognized that he is more than just a pet. He's part of my family. I have to say this is the best veterinary experience I have ever had. She held my dog's paw through these hard circumstances. I would like to thank this emergency room and Dr walter for their help during this very hard time. The service was amazing. Everyone on the team was really good, not only to me but to every single dog there. They might not understand how big of a difference they can make in someone's life, helping us get through these hard times when our friends get sick and we have no idea how to make them better. Thanks
