I highly recommend this place. I initially took My Dog Gemma ( 3yrs) to Redlands Emergency Vet Hospital, where they claimed Gemma was poisoned. I brought Gemma here for a second opinion, and these Docs did their due diligence, ran all necessary tests, spoke to poison control, and found the culprit. Turns out my Gemma had a tumor that was bleeding out. Unfortunately, there was nothing I could do other than to make her comfortable at home until the Uthanesia specialist arrived. I'm glad I got a second opinion before blowing another 6k at Redlands. This team was nice , hospitable. And friendly. They made me feel like they cared. Dr. Rios was amazing ! Thanks again for all your hard work & helping me figure out what was wrong with Gemma.

We were all treated with the dignity and respect deserved when saying goodbye to a loved pet member of the family who is crossing that rainbow bridge. I am so grateful for their compassion during such an emotionally difficult time!♥️♥️♥️

My puppy had a broken leg and while initially everything was great, when they put on the second cast it was put on wrong. My dog was in constant pain which I expressed to them. They made it seem like my dog was just a whiner. Meanwhile when the cast was removed they had put it on wrong and he ended up getting an infection in his bone that caused us to see an orthopedic specialist for canines. All the extra money aside my beloved pet now has tendinitis and scaring on his leg that will never allow him to live a pain free life. This place should be shut down. If you love your pet which I assume you do, then go somewhere else.

Everyone was really nice from the receptionist to the nurse. Dr. Carter was extremely nice and handled my fur baby with care. I definitely recommend! Thank you everyone!
