Welcome to Animal Emergency Clinic: Hardesty Jim DVM
Welcome to Animal Emergency Clinic: Hardesty Jim DVM, a Pet Hospital located at 22085 Commerce Wy, Grand Terrace, CA 92313, USA. As an animal emergency clinic, our primary focus is to provide immediate veterinary care for pets in urgent situations. Headed by Hardesty Jim DVM, our facility operates as a Pet Hospital specializing in emergency services, addressing sudden illnesses, injuries, and other critical health concerns that require prompt attention. While our core function is emergency care, understanding the experiences of pet owners who have visited our clinic is important for local users seeking emergency veterinary services.
As a Pet Hospital specializing in emergency care, Animal Emergency Clinic: Hardesty Jim DVM is equipped to handle a range of urgent medical situations for pets. Typically, emergency veterinary clinics provide services such as immediate assessment and stabilization of critical cases, diagnostic procedures to quickly identify the problem, emergency surgeries, and intensive care. Given the nature of emergency medicine, the services offered are geared towards addressing acute conditions that cannot wait for a regular veterinary appointment. While the provided information does not detail the full scope of emergency services available, you can generally expect care for trauma, sudden illnesses, poisoning, and other life-threatening conditions. However, it is important to consider the recent customer experiences when evaluating the services provided.
Based on the recent customer reviews, the environment and service experience at Animal Emergency Clinic: Hardesty Jim DVM have raised significant concerns for some pet owners. One reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the examination of their puppy and the cost incurred without their pet getting better, leading them to state they would not return. Another detailed a lengthy wait time for their kitten's treatment, despite it being an emergency, and described a lack of prioritization and attention to cleanliness within the clinic, including blood on the floors. This reviewer also reported being told their pet was next for treatment multiple times over several hours, only to see other pets admitted first, ultimately leading them to demand a refund and leave without their pet receiving care. These accounts suggest potential issues with patient flow management, communication regarding wait times, and the overall level of professionalism observed by some clients. Prospective users should consider these experiences when evaluating this Pet Hospital for their emergency needs.
The features of Animal Emergency Clinic: Hardesty Jim DVM, as intended for an emergency Pet Hospital, would typically include the availability of veterinary care during hours when regular clinics might be closed and the capacity to handle critical and urgent medical needs. However, based on the recent reviews, the actual experience reported by some customers indicates potential shortcomings in the execution of these features. The long wait times, perceived lack of prioritization of cases, and concerns about the thoroughness of initial examinations, as mentioned in the reviews, stand in contrast to what one would expect from an efficient and responsive emergency Pet Hospital. Therefore, while the intended feature is to provide timely emergency care, the reported experiences suggest inconsistencies in the delivery of this service.
Currently, there is no promotional information available for Animal Emergency Clinic: Hardesty Jim DVM. Emergency veterinary clinics typically focus on providing immediate care when needed, rather than offering promotions. Given the recent negative feedback regarding service and billing, potential users may want to prioritize the quality and efficiency of care over any potential promotions. For information on their emergency services or any specific policies, you may contact them directly at (909) 825-9350 or +1 909-825-9350.
In summary, Animal Emergency Clinic: Hardesty Jim DVM in Grand Terrace, California, is a Pet Hospital focused on providing emergency veterinary services. However, recent customer reviews have highlighted significant concerns regarding long wait times, perceived lack of prioritization, issues with examination thoroughness, and customer service. These experiences suggest that while the clinic's purpose is to address pet emergencies, the actual service received by some clients has been unsatisfactory. Local users seeking emergency veterinary care in Grand Terrace should be aware of these recent experiences when making their decisions. Oct 04, 2024 · Carlos AraizaWe brought our kitten in after his paw got caught in the fridge door as it closed. They waited until after we paid to say it'll be "a couple of hours" which was at around 6pm, the time the open. While we were there for the next 5 1/2 hours, we saw lots of others that came in after us go in front. We saw blood drip all over the floors and the front desk folks didn't seem to care. They let the blood sit there while they chatted and one of them showed off her new crocs. We asked at the 4 hour mark how much longer, they said it would be very soon because he was next on the list. I watched as other pets were admitted first still. After 90 minutes, enough was enough and we demanded a refund and left. We called ahead and they assured us that we definitely needed to go in, but they clearly didn't see it as a priority. Felt very skeevy and unprofessional, I'll find a different place to take my poor kitten. Somewhere they won't make him sit in a cage for 5 1/2 hours while he has to hold his business in.
Jul 03, 2023 · Andrew LambethVets were super knowledgeable and very helpful. We waited in the car for checkin, which was great. However I didn't expect a 2 1/2 hour wait in a room. My poor kitty was panicked the whole time. Would have definitely preferred to sit in the car with her.
Nov 26, 2022 · Sheila WilliamsSo far it's a terrible experience, been waiting ever since they opened their doors at 6:00 p.m. this evening with a dog who is bleeding internally and choking on her own blood. Working on 3 hours of waiting and not one car has moved in or out of the parking lot. Will report back after my dog is admitted.
Oct 13, 2022 · Nathan DI came to this vet in my time of need, my dog was having seizures due to low blood sugar. Faced with a daunting task of extending her life even for a few more hours or days at best. I felt comfort when making this hard choice, the staff was very comforting and understanding of this pain that I was going thru having decided that it was time to put my dog to sleep. The professionalism they showed was outstanding.
