Dr. Amy and her staff from 1/5 were incredibly kind, compassionate and quick to treat my dog who was mauled by a coyote. They saved his life and shaved him, flushed his wounds, sutured/stapled his punctures and also gave him drains where needed (4). He is lucky to be alive, and will have a speedy recovery thanks to the quick work of Dr. Amy. I am so happy with his progress. I can’t thank you enough for what you did to save my dear Mosby.

Jan 07, 2025 · lan dinhGod bless these people. From the gentleman when I first brought April in,and how kind & understanding he was and team,to how they comforted her & me, until I see her again. When picking her private cremation package (late on my part), I was floored on the extra mile they went, and even before the card, they sent my home right after I dropped her off. The worker Kaitlyn was right at the door, right as I pulled up & was so comforting & cool to talk with! She was super genuine, & I just really appreciate it,Thank you, Kaitlyn, and thank you all for everything!!! :)
Feb 19, 2025 · David RexrodeThis pet ER has been amazing to work with since the day I lost my beloved dog Bayley of nearly 14 years. We were able to go the night she passed and we had her ashes back three days later. One week later, I received a card in the mail signed by staff members offering their condolences. They make you and your pet feel cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend Animal Emergency Care of Braselton for any emergency pets needs.
Aug 04, 2024 · Shea DavisThese folks were incredibly kind during a very difficult moment. Our dog was treated very well, and they made sure he was comfortable and taken care of. The vets were understanding and generous with their time. We could not have asked anything more of them.
Dec 30, 2024 · Amanda TheBeeboOur 12 week old kitten fell from our balcony. They took such good care of her and gave us multiple options for her care and recovery that weren’t crazy expensive. We appreciate them so much!!!! As many stars as possible for this group and would recommend to everyone!!
Dec 22, 2024 · Melanie MerharI had the best experience here with my very, very sick lab. I brought him in when UGA was at capacity and a doctor that I work with recommended Braselton. I went in expecting him to have eaten something he shouldn’t have, and unfortunately the team had to tell me he had an aggressive, incurable blood cancer. They were so kind, caring, and gentle with me and my boy for the entire night. The medical director took the time to explain his diagnosis in detail knowing that I work in the veterinary field, and she answered all of my questions and was so patient with me. I left him there overnight to stabilize, and they were even accommodating when I came back inside to ask to say goodbye to him one more time just in case. They called to update me in the morning and the doctor even took the time to call UGA for us to get in that day even though they were at capacity. I’m so thankful for the care they gave my boy in his last days, and I’ll always remember how kind they were.
