I can’t thank Dr. Wilson, Dixie and everyone at Animal Dermatology Specialists enough for taking such great care of my Logan. They genuinely care about your pet and about you as the owner. They break things down for you in terms that you can understand, they give you treatment options instead of just charging as much as possible and they want to help your pet feel their best. Logan, my 6 year old French Bulldog, has suffered from extreme allergies for years. Dr. Wilson is able to adjust and change his treatment depending on his needs and gives him so much love. There’s nothing better than knowing that he is in the best hands possible. I would recommend anyone to her practice. Thank you Dr. Wilson and staff!

Dr. Wilson is a delight to engage with and highly knowledgeable. She and her staff 'get it' and offer multiple treatment options instead of always pressing for the most expensive or easiest for them. I can't say enough about the people who work at this office. The dermatologist is knowledgeable, kind, considerate of peoples' time, and genuinely loves animals. The office staff are exactly the same. The second they walk in the room, they all sit in the floor to make the animals more comfortable. They are willing to work with you, no matter your budget, and I never feel taken advantage of. 10 out of 10.

I cannot recommend Dr. Wilson and the staff at Animal Dermatology Specialists enough! Our cat was very sick last fall with double middle ear infections that came out of the blue. We took her to our vet and they recommended a dermatology consult, but that was going to take months in Knoxville. We saw internal medicine specialists in the meantime, but our cat’s condition continued to deteriorate to the point where she was barely eating and she nearly had to have a feeding tube. We spent so much money and our cat was still so sick. In a Hail Mary attempt, I googled animal dermatologists near Knoxville and found Dr. Wilson. I reached out to Dr. Wilson and she was able to fit us in two days later. We drove the two hours one way with our cat and Dr. Wilson literally saved our cat’s life with a deep ear cleaning and special meds. Within two hours of being home after the procedure, our cat ate more than she had in weeks 😭 We’ve since done allergy testing with Dr. Wilson and are administering immunotherapy to our cat at home. Dr. Wilson is a godsend, compassionate, understanding, and listened to our concerns. Our cat is now thriving and has her personality back ❤️
