Dr B is so wonderful. She really took the time to help us understand how allergies work and figure out what was going on with our dog. We've gone from having a miserably itchy boy who is constantly sick to a happy content guy with only occasional flare ups! I know it's an expensive process but has been so worth it to give our dog a much better quality of life. Everyone we've interacted with at ADC has been kind, caring, and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend them if your pet is struggling with allergies!

I will start my review by stating that the doctor is excellent - very knowledgeable, fear-free, and attentive to me and my dog. I do think my pet is getting excellent care from her and I trust Animal Derm's medicine. However, their client service and follow through has been incredibly disappointing. My first appointment was two months ago and it has been confusion and frustration with almost every interaction. The medicine is good and they seem to have advanced treatment, but the client experience has been horrible. I would be happy to chat with someone about this, but I don't know who to talk with. My experience so far has been just get us in and get us out. I don't feel like they are spending the time they should on each case and there isn't much follow through. This is disheartening as a client.

We had just come from an hour-and-a-half trip, and due to traffic, we arrived 10 minutes late, only to not be attended to—even though every time we’ve been there, we’ve had to wait 10-15 minutes ourselves. It’s also incredibly difficult to reach them by phone because they almost never pick up. Honestly, it was really disappointing. Professionally, they are excellent, but their personal treatment is zero. Right now, they may not care about losing clients because they have plenty, but hard times come to everyone, and people will remember the poor personal treatment they received

Always a great experience and they are so patient and understanding of my reactive dog! The technician was very patient and kind and Dr. Milley was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I know my dog is getting the best care by the ADC team!
