The doctor I met with was honestly one of the very best doctors I have ever met. He explained everything slowly, wrote things on the whiteboard, answered all my questions, did not act like he was in a rush and was kind and thorough. Thank you so much!

They were friendly and did well communicating with me what the Dr. thought was wrong/why in order of likelihood. It helped determine what treatments I wanted to attempt first. Amy was so friendly, kept me calm and was so patient while I was on the phone with the Vet's office comparing prices for the recommended blood tests and getting the full records of my baby's previous skin culture sent over.

The staff was so thorough and kind from the person I spoke with on the phone to the entire team who treated my cat. We've been to many vet clinics trying to treat his condition and this was by far the best experience. Amy was amazing! She got down on the ground and tried to make our pet feel at ease. She was calm and patient. Never condescending and made us feel confident in the care he was receiving.

We promptly went back to a room upon arrival and were greeted by the vet tech to take out information. The doctor assessed our issues and gave us an estimate on what procedures we were going to do so there were no surprises at the end. The doctor, student and vet tech were all very attentive to Otis.

Dr. Tinsley was amazing. He had such a great bedside manner with my fur baby and explained things thoroughly and made things so easy to understand. My dog had such horrible skin problems and no vet could get to the bottom of it. After one trip seeing Dr Tinsley his problems are 💯 better!! Highly recommended! Loved all of the staff as well.
