Animal Clinic of Westtown Village

I’ve been bringing my dog, Bandit, to the Animal Clinic of Westtown Village for over seven years, and I can’t say enough good things about this place! Dr. Holmsten and his team are always kind, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. They truly care about the well-being of their patients and go above and beyond to ensure pets are comfortable and well-cared for. From routine check-ups to the occasional health issue, I’ve always felt confident that Bandit is in the best hands. The staff takes the time to explain everything clearly, and their patience and dedication really shine through. It’s so reassuring to know that my dog is cared for by people who treat him like family. If you’re looking for a vet who is professional, caring, and thorough, I highly recommend the Animal Clinic of Westtown Village. I'm so picky about how my golden retriever is groomed, and without fail, they do an incredible job here. Today, they spent extra time with her because she was scared of the dryer, and they wanted to make sure that it was a pleasant experience for her. :) I would recommend this clinic as a groomer for anyone. My parents use them as a vet as well, and have only had pleasant experiences.

Dr Holmsten and his staff are excellent! They are so caring and take the time to thoroughly answer our questions during appointments. I wouldn't take our new puppies anywhere else.

They always take care of all 3 of my cats. The doctor and staff are very friendly.

I wasn’t going to post my review of my opinion but I will do the best I can to nicely. This is a wonderful clinic to take your pets too, the nurses and staff are caring and serious about the care of your pets. However working here, my experience wasn’t the greatest. The reason why I up and left so quickly is because it seemed like when I was training and I made some mistakes the techs would seem to get a bit stressed out with me and because of that I doubted myself a lot. Dr H, as soon as I decided to leave ( in the employee handbook it stated that I can terminate my employment whenever) he blew my phone up about how he gave me chances etc which I really appreciate it a lot. However he was rude to me and told me to refine from the veterinary field. Just so everyone knows, don’t let nobody get to you like that. That was rude of dr H and otherwise he’s a great doctor and I may have not been the most “perfect employee” but I did the best I could with everything going on with myself. Now I’m back together mentally and physically and despise DR H doubting me with the vet field, I’m actually in school now taking vet med very seriously. So joke on you dr h. Otherwise everyone, this is a good decent place to take you pets since they really do care but working here it could be a 50/50 just depends on how your experience goes. For me it just didn’t work out. Otherwise, great clinic, great treatment, great staff.
