My wife loves the relationship that the Doctor has with Royal. She called to make appointment for him because she had some concerns about his health. They was able to see him the same day and didn't charge a ridiculous fee.

I highly recommend this veterinary clinic! I brought my sick puppy Lucy in to see Dr. Borchardt, and I was absolutely blown away by her knowledge, passion, and genuine care for animals. The way she handled my pup showed her dedication to doing everything she can to help. Her staff was equally amazing—professional, kind, and worked together seamlessly. The level of care and teamwork I witnessed was truly outstanding. On top of that, the pricing seemed much more reasonable than other vets I’ve gone to. I’m so grateful to have found such a fantastic clinic. Thank you all for being awesome!

Recommended by a friend of ours when we just got a new kitten and we needed to get him seen right away. My current vet has been very busy and short staffed. They had very little appointments available so I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I love the hours because they are very accommodating for my schedule and it doesn't hurt that they're about 10 minutes from my house. Also a bonus the owner brings their dogs into the office so you always get to pet puppies when you're there 😀

I want to thank everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctor. Even though my baby didnt make it, i’m glad the nurse gave the option of keeping him instead of leaving him alone with them (since it was during the weekend). It made us feel better that we were with him during his last moments. Im thankful for the doctor specifically too because she told me what my dog was struggling and her kind words gave me and my family comfort knowing that my dog is now better. I will recommend this vet to anyone from now on. Thank you

Very friendly, Customer service is out standing. The Veterinarian Dr. Jean W Churan is very kind. The tech's are super sweet. Animal Clinic of South Elgin is the only one that is not afraid of my Belgian Malinois. She loves seeing Sara the receptionist . Thank you
