I brought my mini schnauzer, Mabel, in with a severe stomach bacterial infection. She could barely stand up. The entire staff took excellent care of her, calmed my wife and I down and made us feel welcome every time we spoke. Mabel stayed for 3 days and nights and every day Dr Dutton made time to speak with me, and always kept Mabel’s care a high priority. Lisa and all the staff I spoke to over the phone (I’m sorry I don’t remember all the names) treated me with respect and I could sense they were truly concerned about us and our puppy. The cost was also very very low compared to some other places I have been and they worked with me, knowing my financial situation, never getting short, rude or frustrated. I could write so much more, but this is just a glimpse of what a treasure Coffeyville has in the Animal Hospital of SEK. THANK YOU FOR SAVING MABEL!!

Welcome to Animal Clinic of S.E. Kansas

Welcome to Animal Clinic of S.E. Kansas, a Pet Hospital located at 413 W 11th St, Coffeyville, KS 67337, USA, serving the Coffeyville community and surrounding areas. As a local Pet Hospital, Animal Clinic of S.E. Kansas aims to provide veterinary care for your animal companions. The clinic's services are intended to address various health needs of pets in the region.

Information regarding the environment of Animal Clinic of S.E. Kansas presents contrasting views based on the available customer reviews. One positive review describes a welcoming atmosphere where the staff calmed concerned pet owners and made them feel welcome during multiple visits over three days. This suggests a caring and supportive environment focused on both the pet's and the owner's well-being. In contrast, a negative review describes a less welcoming experience, alleging that customers were made to wait outside in the heat and were not allowed to enter the clinic with their puppy, even when seats were reportedly available inside. This review paints a picture of a potentially unwelcoming or inconvenient environment for some clients. Due to these conflicting accounts, it is challenging to provide a definitive description of the clinic's typical environment. Local users may need to consider both perspectives and potentially seek further information to form their own impression.

Based on the provided customer reviews, Animal Clinic of S.E. Kansas offers a range of veterinary services. The positive review details the successful treatment of a mini schnauzer with a severe stomach bacterial infection. Mabel, the dog, required three days and nights of care, during which Dr. Dutton reportedly provided regular updates and prioritized her treatment. This suggests that the clinic offers inpatient care for animals needing more intensive treatment. The review also praises the entire staff for their excellent care, communication, and respect towards the pet owners during a stressful time. The fact that Mabel was "saved" indicates the clinic's capability in handling serious medical conditions.

The negative review also alludes to the services offered, mentioning a visit with a puppy that was later diagnosed with parvo. The review indicates that the clinic provided an initial diagnosis and treatment that cost $207. However, the estimated cost for continued care at the clinic was reportedly over $1000. This suggests that the clinic offers diagnostic services and treatment for infectious diseases like parvo, but the perceived cost of extended care was a point of concern for this particular customer.

Features of Animal Clinic of S.E. Kansas, as highlighted in the positive review, include a caring and attentive staff, with specific mention of Dr. Dutton's commitment to communication and prioritizing patient care. The reviewer also noted that the cost of treatment was "very very low" compared to other places they had been, and that the clinic staff was understanding and worked with them regarding their financial situation without being rude or frustrated. This suggests that affordability and a willingness to accommodate financial constraints may be features of the clinic's service for some clients.

In contrast, the negative review describes features such as perceived rudeness from the staff, alleged inconvenience of having to wait outside, and a feeling of differential treatment based on appearance. The high estimated cost for continued parvo treatment was also a significant concern for this reviewer, leading to a perception that the clinic prioritizes money over patient care in some situations. The claim of "no body is inside" when they arrived also suggests potential staffing issues or unusual clinic protocols during that particular visit.

Currently, there is no explicit promotional information available for Animal Clinic of S.E. Kansas based on the provided reviews. However, the positive review mentions the "very very low" cost of treatment and the staff's willingness to work with the customer's financial situation, which could be interpreted as a form of financial consideration or flexible payment options offered to some clients on a case-by-case basis. No specific discounts or advertised promotions are mentioned.

Given the significantly contrasting experiences described in the two reviews, local users seeking a Pet Hospital in Coffeyville are presented with a mixed picture of Animal Clinic of S.E. Kansas. The positive review portrays a caring, communicative, and affordable clinic that provided life-saving treatment and showed empathy towards the pet owners' financial situation. This suggests a high level of care and compassion for some clients. However, the negative review describes a starkly different experience characterized by perceived rudeness, inconvenience, and concerns about the clinic's approach to patient care and cost. This highlights potential inconsistencies in service or significant differences in individual experiences at the clinic.

It is crucial for potential clients to consider both of these perspectives when evaluating Animal Clinic of S.E. Kansas. The highly positive experience of one client suggests the clinic is capable of providing excellent care and support. However, the serious concerns raised by the other client regarding staff behavior and perceived prioritization of cost over care warrant careful consideration. Local users may wish to seek additional reviews or contact the clinic directly to gather more information and determine if Animal Clinic of S.E. Kansas aligns with their expectations and needs for their pets' veterinary care.

In conclusion, Animal Clinic of S.E. Kansas in Coffeyville presents a complex and somewhat contradictory image based on the available customer feedback. While one review praises the caring staff, effective treatment, and affordability, the other describes rudeness, inconvenience, and concerns about the clinic's priorities. Local users should carefully consider these differing experiences and seek further information to make an informed decision about entrusting their pets' care to this Pet Hospital.

Ample parking and friendly reception. We brought our kitten here to be spayed. She was received by Collin, who was very kind and caring. He explained what we should expect and how to care for our kitten after the surgery. We’re very happy we chose this animal clinic.

I'm so glad we have such a trusting vet near us. At their old ages our girls have had to go a few times. Their prices are reasonable, kind staff & the doctor is great.
