Dr. Patel is an incredibly understanding and compassionate veterinarian. He's always mindful of financial constraints and works diligently to create treatment plans that are both effective for our pets and manageable for our budgets. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly, and the front desk receptionist always greets us with a warm smile.

Best staff - best veterinarian !!! Very kind, compassionate, professional place to bring your fur babies to. Their charges are very reasonable. Glad to be home and taking my fur kids to them.

The worst experience ever. No stars is what they disserve. No compassion for animals or grieving owners/parents. Won't hold a pet that has passed without total pay up front. Then give you excuses as why they can't even using internet reviews as an excuse instead of changing minds they confirm them. My new choice is Freeport vet the people are awesome there. Very compassionate and helpful

Horrible place do not bring your pets here!!! I brought my Sphinx kitten here and they misdiagnosed her multiple times. I poured thousands of dollars into this vet clinic doing every test they told me to get (none of which was for the right diagnosis) to watch my kitten slowly and painfully die. Had she been properly diagnosed she would still be alive. I also feel it’s morally wrong that they robbed me of that much money, doing all these extra tests that were really just another check for them at the expense of my pets life. Months later I tried to go back for a tooth removal for my older cat to which they said they wouldn’t without doing a $1,000 surgery and every panel they could run and charge me for first. This place is a scam and absolutely disgusting. Do NOT GO HERE!!!!
