Animal Clinic of Mandarin

Love Dr Kaiser and her staff. She is very thorough and masterful at handling wild cats and unpredictable dogs. We've brought her many cats and dogs and her staff doesn't get overwhelmed. They take their time and love on all the dogs and cats we bring in. She is great at the regular preventive type needs and also partners with specialist so she can treat and has expertise on a wide spectrum. You won't regret coming here. Meet Jerry the cat who is Leukemia positive and we are giving him the best life possible. He's the most affectionate cat and up for adoption. Meet Brooklyn and her 5, 2 week old puppies. All are healthy and available for adoption.

We relocated here from Georgia almost 2 years ago, and sadly lost our 14 year old yellow lab right before we moved. We had been searching for our perfect dog and had looked at many. Finally we found him and made a trip to Georgia to get him for Valentine's Day. He's a 8 week old miniature poodle and precious. So, we wanted to find the perfect veterinarian for us to take care of him. We researched and talked with people and studied reviews. We decided to visit Animal Clinic of Mandarin and Dr. Pam Kaiser. We made the perfect choice. She spent a long time examining him and educating us on taking care of him. And the staff were also exceptional. We are most happy to have them taking care of Morgan!

Took my dog to.see Dr. Kaiser as he was not feeling well at all. He had very bad diarrhea and was vomiting. I have to say that Dr. Kaiser was the most thorough Vet that I have ever taken any of my animals to for treatment. You can tell she really cares about her clients, especially the furry ones! Today I took my boy back for his follow up visit and I am happy to say that he has fully recovered and is back to his old self playing frisbee every day. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaiser for anyone looking for a caring Vet. I also have to say that my pup felt very comfortable with her and her staff on our return visit to the clinic. He is usually very antsy at any Vets office when we enter. However today, he jumped up in the exam room chair next to me and waiting patiently to be seen for his follow up exam. He was as relaxed as I have seen him on any Vet visit! I will be taking him back to see Dr. Kaiser should he need any care in the future.

I love the Animal Clinic of Mandarin. The staff are so friendly and the office is nice and clean. Dr. Kaiser has an affinity for what she does and I love having peace of mind that she has the best interest for my pet. The Trupanion insurance is amazing and the fact that Dr. Kaiser handles all the paperwork makes it even more easy and convenient and necessary to have this insurance. All I had to do was enroll and Dr. Kaiser handled everything from there. It has been such a relief knowing anytime my pet goes to the doctor all paperwork is taken care of so all I have to focus on is my pup.

I brought my Newfoundland in today for the first time for some skin problems he has. Dr. Kaiser and her staff were very friendly and accommodating. I told her that I didn’t have a lot of money at the moment and her and her tech were very understanding. Her technician went over the price with me throughout the exam which I greatly appreciated. I was a little nervous about the few low ratings they have but I highly recommend going here! Bear will definitely be back so he can slobber some more on Dr. Kaiser!
