I took my adult ball python here for her first ever checkup and to establish care. I didn't know what fully to expect and it went so well! Easy to schedule an appointment over email and the whole staff was very kind. They were ready for her on time with no wait. The vet throughly checked her out and helped get off an eye cap shed. Thank you!

My dog got into a terrible accident tonight and we took him here because it was the closest option. He was clearly in pain and they made us wait 30 minutes and wouldn’t even euthanize even knowing his skull was crushed. We waited 30 minutes for them to say there was nothing they could do and to go elsewhere. Payment wasn’t an issue, and even if it was that shouldn’t matter. I am disgusted and disappointed. I understand this is not the emergency vet clinic but the injuries were severe enough to warrant a stop to a nearby clinic to even stand a chance. We were covered in my dogs blood and they did NOTHING to help and again, wouldn’t even see us for 30 minutes. Again, we waited 30 minutes for them to say there was nothing they could do and to go elsewhere. At the very least be honest about your wait time and capabilities. Absolutely disgusting.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and Dr. Harland Renshaw is truly an outstanding veterinarian. He is calm, kind, and took the time to explain every little detail to me as a first-time dog owner. Miss. Olivia also took such great care of our puppy, making the whole experience even better. I’m so grateful for their excellent service!

The absolute best service for all our family pet's we adore. After my most recent visit I definitely saw a big difference in my dog. So happy for my sweet heart.

I bring my rabbits here, and they always take great care of them. I can usually get them in same-day if there's a big problem too. The vets are very experienced with rabbits!
