Animal Care Hospital of Reynoldsburg

I absolutely love dr schwab here she has helped me multiple times and made sure my baby was ok Everytime! But my last visit as of yesterday went terrible my dog went into a really bad seizure and when I asked the lady at the front to please get me help she said I can't find anyone and sat back down as my poor baby was foaming in the mouth . Finally a tech came out and grabbed her and took her to the back now remind you they told me the day before they would only charge me 15 dollars for cutting her nail that was it I get they had to give her meds for the seizure but we walked away paying 60 . Last time we went for her nail appointment she had a seizure then as well and when I walked back inside to get help receptionist again was rude and said what do you want me to do a man inside helped me get her back inside and the vet tech really said she is just being extra to my dog like seriously she is beyond scared and your laughing at her . So I can no longer take my dog back there because she can not handle the stress. Besides the actual vet and a few techs I probably will find another place for my baby in case something happens because I can't stand that receptionist and the one vet tech who always has some rude comments.

The entire staff, Dr.’s Schwann and Melin are professional, caring & have the knowledge to offer several options for care. We’ve been clients for over 20 years. We highly recommend this practice for the care of our animal children.

This is a wonderful group of very caring veterinary professionals. Doctor Schwab and her staff were amazing with my American Bully Missy. A very positive experience pre and post surgery for my pet. You can tell that they really love animals and provide the best care. A very friendly staff! Years ago, I took my doggie here for her last visit ever. This place is so professional, so compassionate. My mom comes here for her cat now after another vet refused service for an abcess unless she scheduled a teeth cleaning. Absurd really, the cat was so uncomfortable. Never had remotely any experience like that with this vet tho. I now have 2 vets in this city and surrounding area that I love and have respect for. Thank you for all that you do, doctors and techs alike. Thank you. You have saved many pet lovers the misery of having to deal with those who desire the charge over the care.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Animal Care Hospital for several years. I love Drs. Melin and Schwab .They’re caring and so knowledgeable.I wouldn’t think of taking my dogs anywhere else. Too bad they!re not people doctors.I’d go there myself?
