I could not say enough amazing things about Animal Care Clinic. After a bad experience at another vet, the team here has really helped heal not only my animals trauma, but also mine when it comes to vet experiences. Dr. Castillo is incredible! She is kind, knowledgeable, and patient with all three of my babies. I have been bringing my cats here since they were babies, and I have also brought my dog here as well. My dog has some past trauma with vets. I have no clue what happened at her previous vet, but my once very happy-go-lucky pup who loved her vets became absolutely terrified of them. This is VERY out of character for my girl, as she loves everyone. After this, we made the switch to Animal Care Clinic and I’m SO happy we did. Stella is still over coming her fears, but Dr. Castillo was so patient and kind with her, even getting on the floor to try and make my girl more comfortable. By the end of the visit, Stella was in her lap very happy to get snuggles and treats from her. This was a HUGE step forward considering at the beginning of her visit, Stella didn’t want anything to do with her. (To no fault of Dr. Castillo). The fact that she took the time to create a positive experience for my dog meant everything to me. The care, dedication, kindness, patience, and understanding this entire team shows is truly amazing, and does not go unnoticed. I am so grateful for Animal Care Clinic, and all they do for my animals.

I really appreciate that Dr. Damm gets on the floor during vet appointments, takes her time to let them get to know her first without going hands on right away. I also love that this vet office doesn’t opt for taking your dog in the back right away to do everything like some vets. My dogs are more comfortable staying in the room with me when the check ups or service can be provided there. Dr. Damm is so personable and professional, it doesn’t feel like she rushes you out. She always handles the appointment in a timely manner. Both times I only waited 5 minutes to be called in. This vet is very clean. The area is nice. Plenty of parking. Easy to wait outside with your dog to ease anxiety of waiting inside. The waiting area is a little small inside. Office staff is always kind and efficient. Office visits are about $95.

ACC is so very accommodating, helping me take Gracie (a very active and loving Pitbull) in and out of the office. They make sure we have happy healthy pets with their very high quality care.

I had two elective surgeries and a dental done on two different dogs by Dr Beckman. Kristen had my paperwork ready to go when I dropped them off, I received updates while they were there and the surgeries went great. Go home instructions were precise, both dogs did well and Dr Beckman gave me the post surgery report. Dr Beckman is a talented surgeon and both my dogs came home with beautiful closes. I would not trust my dogs care to anyone else. Not only are they great at what they do, they truly love animals and that makes them next level. I deeply appreciate their wonderful communication skills and their follow up. They always call the next day to check on the dogs. I could not be happier with Animal Care Clinic. Dr. Damn was our doctor the last two visits and I absolutely can't say enough good things about her. She genuinely cares for our dog, gets down on the floor with her and always gives us great advice/explanation and care for Daisy! She is an excellent vet and very friendly and knowledgeable! Every doctor there is wonderful. We are very grateful for their excellent care and the wonderful staff!
