Love, love, LOVE, this clinic!! Everyone is so friendly, upbeat, and the staff seems to work very well with one another. I absolutely love coming there. For those who have wonky schedules, they have great clinic hours so finding an appointment has never been an issue and you can schedule them online too so you don’t need to talk to anyone :). Their prices are very reasonable and I have never felt like I’ve been overcharged. They also don’t pressure you to sign up for wellness packages or judge you if you can’t afford a treatment. They provide so many options and resources and they’re very passionate about giving the best care. Their daycare is also very reasonably priced and cheaper than other facilities in the area. Plus, they have vets on staff so if an emergency arose, they can address it quickly! They’re also very quick with responding, I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours to get an email or vet records. All of the staff here are so kind! They have great availability for appointments and were able to see my kitten right away. Scheduling was fast and easy. The doctor explained everything she was doing thoroughly and made sure to answer all my questions in lots of detail. She even got down on the floor with Soup and pet him to make him feel comfortable. I left feeling confident in Soups care. Highly recommend!

Yesterday our first visit with our family member was the last as well. We had to put down our beloved kitty down and I cannot express how much the doctor Dan and his coworkers helped us out. It was not an easy decision to make or to deal with and yet we received everything we needed - the closure, the words that we are making a good decision to save our Bronx from the upcoming pain and torture. We received everything we needed and we are more than thankful for all of this, even though it breaks our hearts. I truly recommend this veterinary clinic and I hope people will trust their family members to these amazing staff of doctors. Thank you and I hope next time our visit will be more joyful and as much as pleasant as this one was.

Everyone here was incredibly understanding and patient with being able to handle an aggressive older dog. Would highly recommend bringing your pets here, the staff and atmosphere is amazing and so clean. From the moment you walk in you feel like everyone truly cares for the animals as well as their owners.
