EMPATHY... they have lots. And super nice staff, the whole lot! The vet we had , O'Brien was very skilled, explained the why for every exam and findings. Clearly a consummate professional with a lot of experience and skills. This is my favorite vet place. I wish I had doctors that Good. I kinda want to dress up as a 170lbs Rottweiler so I can get excellent health care at quite reasonable prices! Woof And they have the most efficient checkout process ... right in the exam room. Forgot to mention that they have a staggering amount of services.. hydrotherapy and much more. Very convenient location off I25

The techs and vets here are really empathetic and kind. I have taken my Cat in Max a few times for check up and shots and it’s always a pleasant experience. I am someone who asks a lot of questions and they always take the time to address each one with kindness. My cat really loves them too!

It appears my review got taken down so I will rewrite. My husband took our puppy here when he was experiencing shivering, yellow eye discharge and diarrhea. The vet checked him out, ran tests and the conclusion was he was just overly exhausted from daycare... Not even 3 weeks later he is in emergency with pneumonia and almost died. He was also diagnosed with Giardia which apparently was negative when this practice looked at him. Doesn’t add up, my new primary vet and the hospital said this had to have been lingering for a while. I wrote an email to animal care center about this and the vet called but there is nothing to be said. Don’t trust this clinic, my puppy could have died. I knew something was wrong and it’s insane to me that they couldn’t see that he was sick. & don’t blame it on my husband in your BS response. He was monitored, I followed up via email multiple times with you regarding his aftercare and why he ended up getting additional care elsewhere. Also, the reason you didn’t hear back October 9th was because I want nothing to do with this vet and your BS excuses.

Would give zero stars if I could. SCAM ARTISTS. Waited 15 minutes to be seen. My past vet wasn’t contacted about records even though I provided that information. And before my dog was even pet, I was given an “estimate” of $622. I walked out. The lady didn’t even acknowledge our presence just talked at us for a minute and got straight to the bill.

Took my pregnant corgi who failed to deliver due to dystocia. She unfortunately lost the pup, and had to be spayed as Dr. Marzolf informed me based on how this pregnancy went, she wouldn't be a good breeding candidate. Heartbroken, but fearing for her life they took excellent care of her. Forever grateful to the team! Thank you!
