Mar 14, 2017 · Steven BurgessI visited this Care Center for the first time with my puppy. I was greeted with very friendly, professional staff waiting to help with my paperwork and the problem I was having. Even though this was my first time here, I was extremely impressed with the office staff, technicians, and the doctor. I was given full explanations and education on different flea and tick meds by the office staff and the technicians were great with my puppy, giving her the services she needed to diagnose her problem without her even knowing what they had done. She took it as all playtime :) I was impressed with the doctor and her friendly, very professional explanations of causes of my dog's problem and what can be done. I am very glad I took my dog to these people and I feel like I can totally trust them with the care of her and will be taking my other dog to them also. I left feeling very good that I found such caring people to care for my extended family. My dogs are my heart and I don't trust them to just anyone....but, I must say that they have found a home for their care and I will recommend this Animal Care Center to everyone!
Nov 01, 2015 · Pam PeraltaWe have recently moved to New Bern, and we wanted to find a veterinary practice where our Labrador retriever would be well treated. Fortunately, Animal Care Center of New Bern is very close to where we live! Our first visit surpassed any expectations we had. Dr. Steven Stelma was great; he took time to get acquainted with our dog before examining him, spent a lot of time with us, discussed our current concerns, and we left feeling that our canine family member was in great hands.
May 26, 2015 · Karen HajeckGreat service for many years at Animal Care Center. Wonderful loving staff for all your pets. I have pet sitters so I do not board my pups. We use the Vets and Vet Techs. Five star all the way!
May 20, 2019 · Elise MedenbachOur 3 cats have been going to Animal Care Center since 2007, when we had a terrible experience with a different vet center in New Bern. The doctors have been very professional and caring and we have had no problems or complaints about price or performance.
