ABC was absolutely phenomenal! Their process was easy and I was lucky enough to slide in after somebody had canceled. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and the obviously love animals. They gave me detailed directions on how to take care of my pup after surgery, provided all medications and another bonus was they trimmed her nails which is always an ongoing fiasco. I cannot recommend ABC enough! The entire experience was five stars. Thank you so much for taking care of my puppy.

BEYOND HEARTBROKEN 💔- This morning I dropped off my 9 month old male cat to be nuetered, and received a call 2 hours later to be told that he went into Cardiac Arrest and Passed Away!!! My cat was healthy, had been seen by a vet multiple times and they never found anything wrong with him, nor did he display any signs of illness! He was a funny, smart, energetic, happy, and such a sweet loving boy. He even shared the same birthday with my husband, and he couldn't wait to celebrate their birthday together! My family and I are beyond distraught! The woman that called said that I could either come pick up his lifeless body and take him home, or if they had him cremated I would NOT be able to get his ashes back. We are left with so many questions, and now I feel so guilty for taking him to get what we thought was such a "simple" procedure. RIP Aries, we will forever love and miss you! You had the best personality! It breaks my heart that you only lived a short 9 months... We will always love and cherish the time we had with you my sweet boy! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We rescued Roxy after being told she was fixed. To our surprise, she wasn't. We were a little stressed since we had a male dog who wasn't fixed. The majority of the vets I called said her surgery would be upwards of $1,400. Other vets had a waitlist out to next year. A friend had recommended ABC. I was able to get a spay surgery in a week and wasn't charged an arm and a leg. The drop-off was 7am. They called me at 930 to let me know Roxy was out of surgery and doing well. They called me again around 11 to let me know she was ready to come home. Every single staff member I met was so compassionate and loving to Roxy. Seriously, from start to finish, what a great experience.

Really professional and easy process. Kept me in the loop while my 5lb dog was spayed, which helped ease my anxiety. I dropped her off at 7:30am and was out the door with her by noon. They provide really clear and attentive post-op instructions, and she’s healed really nicely since the operation. I was able to get an appointment within two weeks, and was happy with the price after being quoted $1200+ in NoVa. Great experience all around and would recommend to others.
