Animal Alley Veterinary Hospital

Not really sure where to start but start here ….. A lot of people complain with how “expensive” Animal Alley is yet want the BEST service, technology, medications & diagnosis’s for their pets. Animal alley is the only vet in the tri-city area to completely check every single box for me. I will pay the most for the upmost caring vet office staff, the willingness to want the best for my pups as I do & the knowledge & education of the staff and doctors. My dogs are my children & there is no monetary limit on their safety, heath and happiness. I rescued Stella (my Great Dane) when she was 1.5 years old. Up until her passing at Animal Alley on 12/23/24, she went to Animal Alley for everything: vaccines, spay, stomach tacking, emergency appointments, nail cutting, X-rays, etc. She was a big girl & she loved the staff at Animal Alley. Her passing was hard but they decorated the room so nicely for her and had little chocolate kisses. I wouldn’t have wanted another vet for my Stella babe during her life. Now my dad’s two dogs have been transferred over to Animal Alley. I was not very happy with their previous vet. Our little blonde girl Chloe has epileptic seizures. She’s doing better in the two weeks at Animal Alley than the 4 years she’s been at the other vet. Her sister Abbey will also start routine services at Animal Alley when she is due. My dad & I can’t thank Dr. VanDaele & his staff enough. His compassion and concern for all animals exceeds any expectation I’ve had in any other vet clinic. Thank you & we can’t wait to extend our pups lives by going to the best vet in town 🐶💖 - Court 🫶🏼

I don't usually leave reviews, but I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet, that they come here. My sweet Crowley took a very bad turn for the worst and the vet and staff here treated him and us so nicely. Saying goodbye to him was so incredibly hard but they did everything they could to make it easier. They treated him with such kindness and empathy, and we're just as sweet and careful with him, before and after he passed. They even did his paw prints for free. I could not recommend them enough.

I’ve been bringing my animals to Animal Alley for almost 4 years now, and I can’t recommend them enough! One of my dogs is extremely anxious, but the staff has always been incredibly patient and understanding. Kayla has been wonderful in taking care of us during our recent appointments, and Dr. Vandaele and Dr. Huff have been amazing as well. The techs are all very caring and knowledgeable. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I always feel that my pets are in great hands. I also appreciate that costs and estimates are given before any treatments or procedures are done, unlike other offices where I’m just handed a bill.

They were great with my youngest gsd. She's not very socialized and is nervous. They were able to give her a shot and clip her nails with no issues. Great price too Update 6/26/24 just got home from an urgent visit. They were so good with her. She had a wound that another vet wanted to do surgery for, I brought her here for another opinion. They actually looked and examined her wound, the other vet didn't. I will only ever go to them now

Haven’t had a single issue with any three of my boys. Dogs and otherwise. Very helpful with questions and even payments or general inquiries. I will keep recommending Animal Alley any time I’m asked. They do exotics as well and as someone who requires that care, I couldn’t list a single complaint. Definitely tend to be busy, but good care should be booked! Don’t ever want a reason to switch. And I never feel as if I’m ripped off. The vets seem knowledgeable and helpful. 🤘
