Wonderful clinic and the best experience for my dog and I. My Clara is a high anxiety pup afraid of every doctor and clinic she’s ever been to. I knew this place was good when my girl jumps out of the car and wants to go in and greet the staff. She especially loves Dr Amy Randall. We have found many solutions for my dog here and hope to keep her healthy and happy for years to come.

Dr. Randall is a saint. We moved here years ago from the SW, and our old Aussie’s skin flared up from the change of environment. Dr. Randall took the time to listen to all of our concerns and worries on our first appointment. Don’t expect a short half-hearted visit. The clinic is throughout, detailed and precise, as is Dr. Randall. With some trial and error we figured out the best plan of action for our old girl’s skin! And she is now comfortable and happy in her skin! The clinic even helped us with our VERY REACTIVE German Shepherd-hybrid when he got a terrible ear canal hematoma during the pandemic. They were so kind to him and aware of his space - and he walked away all fixed up and comfortable with his visits (which is a huge deal for us). All in all our 16 year old Aussie wouldn’t be as happy, healthy and MOBILE as she is today without the care and support of Dr. Randall and each person at the clinic. Worth every dang penny.

Dr Randall and her staff are great! She spends time with her patient and the parents to understand not just the allergies but the dog and their lives. She shares information about conditions or issues unrelated to allergies, and she is open to alternative practices. She helped our dog immensely with her allergies. We love her.

My cat was losing fur on his back. My regular vet couldn't figure out why. I tried making changes on my end but nothing worked. I was at my wit's end with worry and frustration. Within a few visits with Dr. Randall, the issue was identified and resolved. My kitty is now back to normal! I never would have figured out the issue on my own. Thank goodness for this clinic and Dr. Randall!

Most caring experience we’ve had seeking help for our very allergic sweet Great Dane. The doctor and staff are very caring and truly take the time to understand and explain as well as devise the best solution and path forward. Didn’t feel rushed. Our poor boy is very allergic to nearly everything. We haven’t found the solution yet but feeling more optimistic that now we have a partner to help him live his best life.
