After having a horrible experience with a Veterinarian in Kenosha, where they separated me from around $600 and did nothing for my cat. She was not eating or drinking; then they wanted me to come back for $300 x-rays and possible surgery, I thought we would have to put our cat down. Thankfully, I spoke with Dr. Limpach about possible euthanasia. After talking with her for a while, she thought she might be able to help. We have gone to see her a few times since that initial day, and I am happy to report my kitty is doing well. I am grateful to Dr. Limpach, who was so kind, so helpful, and who has kept in almost daily contact with me over the past several weeks.

Vet was very rough when checking my cat's temperature. The assistant grabbed his scruff way too hard and almost slammed him onto the table multiple times. The vet made a makeshift harness for him, as their doors don't latch very well and the assistant almost choked him out when he jumped off of the table. The vet also dismissed anything we brought up and spoke as if it was her way or the highway, which I understand she's the medical professional but her tone and demeanor were very rude and interrupted us constantly. I think in an emergency situation, the vet is knowledgeable but for regular exams, I would go anywhere else. She also tried to sell us on a food diet on a first visit. The clinic appeared run down and not very hospitable. There was apparently also a hole in the floor being covered up by a chair that we were warned not to let him get to. This place seems more well-suited to dogs, as they treated the cat as rough as you would a dog. Felt like the vet was trying to push unnecessary expenses onto the bill. Despite this place getting a discount from my pet insurance, I'd rather go pay full price at the previous vet because they at least know how to treat a cat well.

We took our time trying to find the best place for my 15 year old dog. He was long overdue for a cut and i knew it wouldn’t be easy. With 2 groomers turning me down I finally found someone who was willing to help. Not only did she help, she was so gentle and loving.She took her time, gave him breaks and even kept us informed on how he was doing. Thank you so so much for everything!! The drive was worth it!! Took my Bella to see Dr Melodie for her excessive scratching and itching. My dog gets really bad ear problems and she licks her feet all the time Dr Melodie was able to treat her and give my Bella relief from all the irritation and discomfort. If you have an itching, scratching and biting dog please take them to Dr Melodie she is a whiz with dog with allergies! Her team is absolutely great and they are so worth the drive from Milwaukee or Mequon.

Went in for my husky’s groom and was extremely satisfied with the results. Terri got to know and built a little connection before jumping straight to the groom. My pup looks and smells great! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
