Took my dog here for all her vaccinations and I thought they were great. Until my dog got flea bites and i had to scheduled a consultation (which I had to wait 2 weeks for the earliest appointment). I got there FIVE minutes late due to my freeway exit being closed and they tried charging me a 25$ late fee. So ridiculous that they have less of a “grace period” than high schools. Or are less understanding that things come up that are out of peoples control. The receptionists (except maybe 2) are so rude and stuck up. I’ll be looking for a new vet.

At Angel Care Pet Hospital, we understand that your pet is a valued member of your family. Therefore, we strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for both you and your animal. You can likely expect well-equipped examination rooms, a reception area designed for pet comfort, and potentially separate spaces for different types of animals to ensure a peaceful experience.

Our core mission as a Pet Hospital revolves around providing a diverse range of veterinary services to address various health needs of your pets. Based on the limited information available, we can infer several key services offered at Angel Care Pet Hospital:

Preventative Care: The positive review mentioning vaccinations indicates that Angel Care Pet Hospital provides essential preventative care services. Vaccinations are crucial for protecting your pet against common and potentially life-threatening diseases. We likely offer tailored vaccination schedules based on your pet's species, age, and lifestyle. Beyond vaccinations, preventative care may also include routine check-ups, parasite control (such as flea, tick, and heartworm prevention), and nutritional counseling to ensure your pet stays healthy year-round.

Consultations and Diagnosis: The mention of a consultation for flea bites highlights the hospital's role in diagnosing and addressing specific health concerns. Veterinary consultations involve a thorough examination of your pet, discussion of symptoms, and potentially diagnostic tests to determine the underlying issue. Angel Care Pet Hospital is equipped to handle various medical conditions and provide informed diagnoses to guide appropriate treatment plans.

Treatment of Illnesses and Conditions: The review from the visiting pet owner whose German Shepherd received treatment for allergies suggests that Angel Care Pet Hospital is capable of managing and treating various illnesses and conditions. Allergies are a common issue in pets, and the successful treatment involving shots and medication indicates the hospital's ability to provide effective medical interventions. This likely extends to other common ailments, injuries, and chronic diseases that may affect your pets.

Medication Dispensing: Following diagnosis and treatment planning, Angel Care Pet Hospital likely dispenses necessary medications to help your pet recover or manage their condition. The positive review mentions the dog receiving "shots and meds," indicating this essential service is available.

While the provided information does not explicitly detail advanced services such as surgery, dentistry, or emergency care, it is common for established pet hospitals to offer or have affiliations for such services. We encourage you to contact Angel Care Pet Hospital directly at (951) 679-7755 or +1 951-679-7755 to inquire about their complete range of services and any specialized treatments they may provide.

Regarding the features of Angel Care Pet Hospital, the limited information offers a glimpse into their operational aspects. The negative review points out a strict policy regarding late arrivals for appointments, including a potential late fee. While the reviewer perceived this as rigid, it's important to note that appointment scheduling in healthcare settings is often structured to ensure efficient workflow and timely care for all patients. Understanding the hospital's policies regarding appointments, cancellations, and fees is advisable for all pet owners.

On a more positive note, the second review emphasizes the kindness and helpfulness of the doctor and staff. This is a significant feature, as a compassionate and caring team can greatly enhance the veterinary care experience for both pets and their owners. The willingness of Angel Care Pet Hospital to see a dog that another clinic turned away due to breed demonstrates a commitment to serving a broader range of animals and a client-centric approach. This positive feedback suggests that despite the negative experience of one reviewer with certain receptionists, the overall care provided by the medical team is commendable.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information available for Angel Care Pet Hospital in the provided text. We were visiting in the area with our dog, and he developed some allergies, I called another local vet and they wouldn't see him due to being a German shepherd. I then made a appointment with Angel Care, and so glad I did! The doctor and staff were extremely kind. My dog got a few shots and meds for his allergies, and within a few days he was itch free. Would recommend and come back when visiting again.

My bog was limping for a while. I took them to a vet and they said he had a torn ligament and would need surgery. They never did x ray and told me after surgery they wouldn't wrap his leg or anything. We went for a second opinion to angel care. There they told us he has knee out of place showed us a diagram and x ray. I got the surgery and at the same time I got his teeth cleaned. They told us aftercare and wrapped his leg. He was admitted for a few days and I picked them up. The same day I picked him up he tore off his cone and wrap and opened his wound. I felt like the worst owner and had to go back. They didn't judge me or charge me extra for going back. The prices were like every other vet expensive but it was worth it at the end of the day. I am switching to them as my dogs vet.

We have had a few experiences here and the staff have always been so kind and caring. Considerate and they go above and beyond. The prices are a bit less than other places on some services and they offer low cost vaccine clinics. They were great when we had to put our Buddy down a few weeks ago. They sent us a card with his paw print and then they saved a lock of his hair. Very thoughtful and considerate.

My opening comment... THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Angel Care Pet Hospital was reccomended to us by a dear friend. I took my 5 month old Shitzu there for a rabbies shot on a walk in basis, I did not make an appointment. The staff were very friendly and the place smelled fresh and looked amazingly clean . From filling out the new client form to having my dogs shot, the completion from start to finish was no longer than 15 maybe 20 minutes tops, not too bad at all for a walk in. The most amazing part is when it was time to pay... I walked out with total bill of $14.00, yes, fourteen dollars. My previous Vet charges $70.00 each office visit, not including the costs of the actual service needed. I will highly reccomend Angel Care Pet Hospital to my family and friends, that's why I'm so glad my friend told me about Angel Care, they have a new client forever! Keep up the good work Angel Care Pet Hospital Staff!!
