Our Pit Clyde has been going here for many years, as a dog with seizures. They take amazing care of him, and worked until they found the right medication that worked best for him. He goes there and stays in the Doggie Hotel when we go out of town and he is so happy all the time when we pick him up. Everyone there loves him and is so kind. Great place to bring your fur babies for any of their needs.

Looks like I'm not the only who feels this way after reading the reviews. I used to tell everyone to take their pets here, not anymore! The people in there are no longer friendly!!! Especially the front desk lady! They had a new lady in there and obviously didn't train her up right. I went in there to get my dogs nose checked, she mentioned paws. I was quoted $180 to add vaccines in there. I get there and tell me $403. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I share in the fault of this. Turns out I pay $200 and can't even have the medicine to take care of my dogs nose. I wish I could give 0 stars! After 8 years!!!! New vet, new owners, something. This place is a disgrace now!!!! Used to have small town feel. Now it feels like California owned or something!!

I took my dog there on 2/7/25 to have Hernia Repair surgery and when I went to pick him up after surgery the Vet did not come out to talk to me instead the front desk guy gave me a couple of papers... Fast forward to three weeks later on 2/28/25 our beloved dog was rushed to the Emergency Vet, and we lost him- he was eat up with Cancer, he was only three years old.. We took his surgical papers with us and according to that Vet the Vet who did his surgery on our dog had wrote about a " Mass" but it was NEVER disclosed to Me when I picked him up. The Vet at the emergency Vet stated it was the worse she had ever seen. I trusted you guys with my dog's life , do you know NOT ONE PERSON CALLED TO CHECK ON HIM AFTER SURGERY!!!! We are devastated & completely heartbroken over our loss. We wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone !!!

We’d been up most of the night with him and were trying to decide what to do for him. I called as soon as they opened at 7:30am asking for help and if they could work him in first thing because I was increasingly worried he was very ill. The lady at the front who answered the phone was totally unsympathetic. She said there was no way they could see him till the afternoon. She offered no help when I stated his symptoms. I said I was really worried about his survival and she just kept saying they couldn’t see him. I hung up and we took him to an emergency vet. I just can’t believe after 8 years of loyalty the front desk staff could be so uncaring and unwilling to work with us in an emergency situation.
