In May of 2023, we took our 3 yo cat to be neutered. He was never right after. We were on the phone with this place every 2 days as our boy would not eat or drink when he came home. The staff was rude and dismissive and in under 30 days, our cat, who had been 100% healthy when wr took him in, was dead. Please please do not take your babies here. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Mean Nasty Rude Hateful...Demeaning! I simply brought my dog in because she started itching after a tick bite and I thought she might be having a reaction and this Dr. Spoke down to me, barked orders at me, telling me "Grab the dogs whiskers and make her face the wall, when I just held Gingers mouth and nose instead and pulled her head towards me, she said Again... But more rudely "I said grab her whiskers and make her face the wall"! ... "Move your arm" "hold her leg" ..."I said move your arm"! She Never said hello, She never made eye contact with me, she never once spoke kindly to Ginger or to me...she grabbed her back legs out of no where and twisted them to make her lay on her back, I had to insist that she let them go 3 times! And in the end... Nothing! No idea, no tests, no knowledge.... Just a Bill... For absolutely nothing! The woman at the desk is equally off putting and that place smells so so horrible! I had to give my dog a bath when I got home! She smelled from the short time we were there! I don't recommend taking your dog here unless! This vet lost her love for caring for animals along time ago!

An absolutely HORRIBLE experience for everyone involved. My cat had been experiencing potential UTI behaviors. I made an appointment and was told to bring a urine sample. In all of the 6 cats I’ve raised, I’ve NEVER been asked to bring a urine sample. When I asked how I would be able to get a urine sample from a cat I was scoffed at. How dare I not have the innate knowledge of how to get a urine sample. From a cat. Once at the office for the appointment, I was ignored by the receptionist who was too busy repeating the payment information from a person over the phone out loud. I’m sure glad they’d love to know their credit card information was being openly shared. When the doc opened the door to the exam room, not a single word was spoken to me or my cat. Instead, orders were barked at me by the doc, to get the cat on the scale was then rushed to get the cat out of her carrier, and seemed to be bothering the doc with the very notion of trying to get the veterinary care she needed. Doc admonished me when the cat, clearly in distress, jumped off the table to get away from the stranger. Then, I was told to hold the cat down and to face me and that the doc “wouldn’t tolerate any misbehavior”. It’s a cat. In a stressful environment. It’s going to act differently than at home. Zero empathy. Zero attempt to calm the cat. Zero chance I’ll ever be back. Oh, and the whole place smells like wet dog and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a decade.
