New to Mooresville, I had one of my poodles escape our home undetected. One of our first actions was to start calling local vets to see if anyone had brought him in for a chip check. The staff at Aloha Veterinary Hospital were so kind to us, answering all our worried questions with patience and kindness. Four days later, I received a phone call from Aloha saying they had my dog and that he was just fine. Two wonderful teens from Lake Norman High School found him nestled in straw in the shop when returning to school on Monday and brought him in for a chip check. The staff at Aloha checked him, scanned his microchip, fed and watered him, and allowed the teens to stay with him until I arrived. Immediately, I knew we had found our new veterinary practice in our new town! Dr. Mori saw one of my other poodles for her eye pressure recheck so that we didn’t have to go back to Atlanta where her surgery was done last year. Dr. Mori and Tiffany were so kind and gentle while examining her. They made sure that all of my questions were answered and that all was well with my dog. I am so grateful to have the staff at Aloha provide care for my dogs.

My experience with Aloha Veterinary Hospital has been nothing short of exceptional! Aloha helped us delivered a healthy litter of 5 puppies and we couldn’t be any more thankful and happy with their services. The entire team demonstrated unparalleled knowledge and care throughout the entire process. Carla’s, the director of reproductive services, dedication was truly remarkable, even coming in on her day off to ensure everything was perfectly prepared for our dog's C-section the following day. On the day of surgery Carla and Kaitlyn RVT were a well-oiled machine and even ensured that the puppies were nursing and thriving before we even left the hospital. Kaitlyn was so personable and kept us calm the whole time! Dr. Keck, who performed the surgery, was equally impressive and so sweet. The incision site from the C-section is practically invisible. Overall, Aloha Veterinary Hospital has our highest recommendation. Their dedication to animal care is exemplary, and I have full confidence in their abilities for any veterinary service, we can’t thank them enough!

Such an amazing vet. Staff is emphatic and informative. They helped me when my dog ingested something that was harmful to her and the kindness and efficiency of the staff made the experience smooth and organized. I am a first time pet owner and had so much anxiety and fear and Aloha really went out of their way to make me feel at ease and save my dog. I can not thank them enough. True hero's 💕💕

First time visiting, and bringing our little Jack Russell Elbie for a check up. Can’t speak highly enough about the front staff, Linda the vet tech and the amazing Dr. Mori. The entire staff worked so well together as they were a happy family. Having a timid dog, they treated our dog as it was their own. Not sure how they did it, but our dog did not lift a lip, snap or bark during the entire visit. My wife and I were extremely impressed and glad we found our new Vet.

I brought my sick cat in who is very difficult at the vet due to severe anxiety. They handled her well which was a great relief during our visit. I really liked the vet who saw her but apparently she doesn’t work there all of the time and was just filling in. I unfortunately had issues getting a call back with results and regarding plan of care from one of the vets who actually does work there (who never saw my cat). I called with acute issues as well and never received a call back. I was really optimistic after our first visit there but was disappointed with the poor communication after we left. I was never offered to schedule a follow up with one of the vets who does actually work there either which I would have been happy to do. My cat has been sick for a while and I was hopeful after reading reviews this office could help us.
