Ally Urgent Veterinary Care

So great to have an option on the weekends and late night that isn’t ‘emergency’ but is important enough to not wait til the next day or week… Was nice to check in online and not have to sit in the waiting room. I walked in and immediately walked into a room. The space was clean. The staff was kind. The vet tech even sat on the floor while typing the intake info to be eye level with my dachshund that was so nervous, just to comfort him. When they didn’t get a good xray image the first time they took him back to take another photo to be sure of what they were looking at. Gave me great advice and I didn’t feel like they were trying to rack up my bill. Even confirming pricing before they did anything. Was awesome to be able to get the medication there. They counseled me well on how to care for him post visit. If I could use them for my primary I would. I called to have them fax my visit notes to my dogs primary vet and they already had! Everyone I talk to on the phone is always so nice. Def recommend and while I hope I don’t have to go back (don’t want emergencies), it provides a lot of peace of mind to know if something happened during off hours I could get quality, compassionate care for my pet without spending an arm and a leg.

The entire staff at Ally made a very weepy and traumatic experience a pleasant one. Sadly we had to say goodbye to our sweet pup much earlier than we ever imagined and everyone we talked to was kind, compassionate and gave us plenty of time to cope. Even when they needed us to sign paperwork and pay for the bill they were empathetic, gentle, and understanding and let us stay as long as we needed. The paw print we received was so sweetly wrapped and it’s a perfect reminder of our lil guy, Kano. Thank you to everyone we came in contact with that night that saw us at a very low moment and somehow was able to keep us above water. You all are so appreciated!

Used the Chesapeake location this past Saturday for our dog Piper. From the receptionist to the vet tech and vet, we had superb service. They were all compassionate and kind. Also, not pushy with recommendations. Normally when you hear urgent care you think ridiculous money but I felt like the pricing was more than fair and not overpriced, especially for the care Piper received not to mention our peace of mind. You can also check in online and they will let you know when you can head to the location for your appointment. Highly recommend Ally if you find yourself needing urgent care for your pet.

Just want to thank the great staff at ally urgent Care for everything they have done for my best buddy in the whole world bubba. After calling numerous vets to get someone to take bubba in on the weekend with the money I had ,to help us through this rough time. I lost my best buddy to cancer yesterday when no one else would take us in and kept passing me off to another number, ally calls and says bring him in immediately, thank you for understanding and compassion and helping me and bubba. he is at peace now, I feel totally lost without my partner following me everywhere I go.it sure has left a hole in my heart. Love and miss my lil buddy so much , ,but you folks at Ally are the greatest for helping us through this. God bless you all! Please if anyone reading this is looking for perfect place to take care of their animals, please do yourself a favor and take your pet here! I will always be grateful for them and paws in need for being absolute angels for doing what they do! Putting compassion ahead of anything else.

These people are rip off I don't really know if they know what they're doing they just want your money they don't care about your animal or your loved one they just care about your money I brought my dog in there a week ago with a severe air infection they gave me a steroid and a cream instead of giving me an antibiotic pill form to give me a steroid in a cream and I called back today because it's come back that was $350 I had to have Peta help me pay the bill I had to pay $75 they paid the rest thank God because I didn't have the money cuz I'm a single mother on disability who takes care of her 77-year-old mother and these people are trying to tell me they'll give me a 50% off discount g thank you That's still a hundred and something dollars I don't have money for some like this so now I have to watch my dog suffer yeah they're really really good veterinarians I would not suggest them I would not go to them that they don't care anything about your animals they want your money and I will never go back to them again I just assume they're a little bit more considerate and they would help me take care of an animal that's in neat they're not helping me 50% and does not help me I don't have that and I'm very upset right now and I know I'm ranting but I just can't believe this is a veterinarian clinic this is my poor baby who was in so much pain right now she can't even hardly hold her head up
