You should feel smart and comfortable bringing your family member (pet, furbaby) to this doctor's office. The staff here is always loving and caring. They listen to what's happening, and they are thorough on examination. They have never done our boy, Shadow, any wrong. Dr. Stacy has been a godsend for his skin allergies and irritations, including his stomatitis. We travel 2 hours from Illinois if that tells you how much we respect, appreciate, and love her services. Shadow and us thank all of you!

5/5 stars for this establishment is a no-brainer. We became clients of Allisonville Animal Hospital about 2.5 years ago and never received less than exceptional care. Being owners of a 19 year old Boston Terrier (Duke) with multiple comorbidities was a challenge in itself. But, this office rose to the challenge by always being available to tend to our pet, answering all of our questions, keeping our pet as comfortable as possible with all necessary medications and treatment plans, and never leaving us feeling judged or neglected. We are so thankful to have had such a great support system especially during Duke's final days on Earth. The technicians and veterinarians are always so comforting and knowledgeable to soothe even the worst of emotions while grieving such a heartbreaking loss. Thank you Allisonville Animal Hospital for all of the services that you provided for our beloved Duke. We will be forever grateful for the top-tier care that you all provided to our family.

Everyone here is super compassionate and helpful! They are very upfront about their surprisingly reasonable pricing. There have been a couple of times where I thought a certain visit would bankrupt me but through the magic of Allisonville Animal Hospital, I was still solvent! I have never had bad or even unpleasant interactions here; it is a very positive and welcoming place!

Consistently wonderful team. We most recently saw Dr. Heiss-Gibson and Danielle but we've seen multiple vets & vet assistants and have only had positive experiences. Danielle couldn't have a better bedside manner and both she & Dr. Heiss-Gibson definitely know what they're talking about (& can explain it well to a non-veterinarian). Prices are very reasonable too. We'll definitely return with both of our cats...Yoyo & Rogue seem to be fans of theirs as well.

The doctors and staff at Allisonville Animal Hospital are professional, patient and compassionate. They are the only veterinary facility that could treat my senior basset hound without sedation. They always worked with her even though she was challenging, to say the least. I highly recommend them.
