I absolutely love Dr. Battiato. He has an excellent bedside manner…kind and caring and is extremely knowledgeable. He saved my diabetic cat’s life. They are very responsive to any concerns and questions. I’ve lived here for 25 years and have tried several different vets. He is by far, the best in the business! I wouldn’t trust my cats with anyone else!!!

I had a very bad experience. I brought my Corgi for his routine vaccinations, and a skinny guy with glasses that smelled like he hadn't showered in weeks came out to help me (at least he was supposed to). My Corgi came up overweight on the scale, and the whole time he mocked my dog's weight. "wow, he's big" and "you sure you're only feeding him that?" followed by a giggle. It was extremely rude and uncalled for, especially considering how much my dog means to me. I've had a number of family members close to me die, and my corgi has helped me by being amazing emotional support. I've spent thousands of dollars at All Saints Animal Hospital counting all my visits (they are rather expensive) and I at least expect to be treated with dignity and respect...can't say that happened today. Very disheartening.

My 16-year-old cat had been sick but not sick enough to put him to sleep. Unfortunately, around noon today he took a horrible turn for the worse and my husband and I agreed he needed to be at peace. Around 3:30pm my husband went to the All Saints animal hospital on Rossville Avenue in Staten Island. The young lady at the counter was very nice. However, the person that came to speak to him was pretty rude and actually said “we had more time in the morning and I’m not going to change appointments now for him.” She told my husband he’s not our patient - you should take him to where you’ve gone before. We went to the Greater Staten Island Pet Hospital on Victory Blvd. They were so polite, understanding, and comforting.

I have 5 shepard’s. We are there all the time and always have a pleasant experience. Yesterday my dog hurt her paw and we tried calling multiple times to get her in for an emergency appointment they did not answer their phones and we went down there and they shoved an emergency room vet brochure and said they wont see her. Never been so disappointed. Another vet thankfully put us in. Such poor service from the young women at the front desk.

My favorite vet office with incredible staff. Front desk ladies are just as wonderful and helpful as the vets. I love you guys, thanks for loving my fur kids as much as I do!
