I brought my two dogs in today for an exam. One for a possible ear infection and the other for real dirty teeth. I first noticed how the lobby was set up very strategic with a couple islands between benches, plenty of walkway space. There was a nice energy, calm, quiet. Reception was very pleasant, seemed everyone was having a nice morning. They seem to have plenty of staff, they were joyful and pleasant to engage with. The doctor explained details of my visit thoroughly, and it was clear she loved her work, loves animals and enjoys people. One of my dogs is a big boy, and he was being a rascal, they took him in the back to examine his ears, and I can hear him giving them a hard time. They brought him back, successful with examining his ears, no one was stressed out, they clearly know what they're doing, competent and enjoy their work. The cost of this visit was reasonable, no concerns of excessive fees and no hard-sell approaches to spend more money than I was prepared to spend. I am passing through Florida and will be leaving in a few weeks. This is the ideal practice for me. I hope to find a practice similar when I get to my new home with my two dogs.

Dr. Roughton was amazing and caring! Very quick and efficient appointment. The technician was very gentle with my senior kitty. Felix is so happy after getting his Solensia injection. We will be back!

Awesome experience from start to finish. Dr. West helped save my 2 boys when they accidentally got into my fiance's sugar free gum (xylitol). The team at all pets has been great and I'd like to also thank Brianna, Lynne and Jasmine for the countless times they've helped my 2 boys.
