Great experience. Our normal vet couldn't see our pup for a sick visit (again) so we decided to switch vets and she was able to be seen within a couple of hours. The price was very fair, we were seen quickly and the staff was very friendly. Overall very happy with everything.

I have been bringing my cat Eli to All Friends since he was a kitten for almost 5 years and have had no issues or complaints. The reason I am writing the review today is because I had to bring my grandmother's cat Oreo in for examination as she was a very old cat and was not eating and acting irregular. They were able to give me good guidance over the phone and scheduled me the first available appointment to come in. Upon arrival and after the exam it was apparent euthanasia was the best route for the poor suffering cat. The male Vet tech who helped my grandmother was extremely kind and helpful and positive, honestly the best person in helping with an absolutely devastatingly sad situation. The DVM Gittens was very patient and thorough with her explanations and was also very kind and understanding and helpful through the whole experience. It's a day my grandmother and I will always remember and luckily it was made as smooth as it possibly could. Thank you All Friends!

This place is absolutely awful! I called Saturday morning to book a wellness exam for our cat, and the appointment was scheduled for Tuesday—three full days later. Right from the start, the receptionist was incredibly rude, constantly cutting me off. It felt like she couldn’t care less about customer service. She told me they required a $75 deposit, and if we didn’t show up, it would be non-refundable. I asked about the cancellation policy, and she said they allow cancellations 24 hours prior to the schedule appointment day. Then, just 10 minutes later, I found another vet who could see our cat that same day (Saturday). I called All Friends Animal Hospital immediately to cancel the appointment—again, this was over 72 hours in advance. Instead of being understanding, the same receptionist was still rude and then she dropped the bomb: the $75 was still non-refundable, even though I had canceled almost right after booking and she had blatantly said they have a 24 hour cancelation policy. What's the point of the cancellation policy if they charge me the full price for the visit anyways? This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and has absolutely no respect for pet owners. The whole thing felt like a scam. Avoid this Hospital—I wouldn’t trust them with my cat or anyone else’s.

We have been coming to this vet office for almost 19 years. We’ve had to put down 2 dogs in that time. The vet, tech, & front desk were so kind & compassionate. They don’t rush you through & give you all the time you need to say goodbye. They are very gentle & loving with the patients & their humans.

Friendly and professional staff and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. After a bad experience with a different facility I was very guarded, but the staff and vet put me at ease and I feel I can trust them with my fur baby. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and I left feeling like i made the right choice this time
