My dog was hit badly by a car. They were absolutely wonderful and he gave me hope that she could survive. She had a long painful recovery but excellent care. They were very nice to me as I called crying many times. Great service and advice.

We despite them being able to work us in fast we went to pick up our four legged family member was told all of the things we needed to do they called to check on them the day after we explained everything we was doing and they said they didn't say that even though they did so that's one thing and then if you use a visa card they charge for you to use it they say there is posted signage but there isn't I had told people about them that they were a good place but after this experience I will not recommend them nor be taking ours back to many other vets to have this kind of service if you need to get in fast sure but just watch it

Great place to take your pet! I had to take my ferret Misha in to be diagnosed and the doctor and the staff were really great! They were friendly, we didn’t have to wait, and the prices were very reasonable. The vet was very down to Earth and didn’t charge us for anything unnecessary. He was straight forward, honest, and got straight to the point. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants good quality care for their pet.

We like Dr. Hellman and the office staff are nice. We are in the vaccine program as well. However, their costs for additional things are incredibly high. We had a dental cleaning (which was quoted higher in price than many other places we quoted, but we wanted to keep her with her vet) that ended with 4 additional teeth pulled (they did not ask) and somehow a total of nearly $800. We had rescheduled everything so that we could keep her with Dr. Hellman and were under the impression that Dr. Hellman would be performing the procedure, but notes reflect that it was someone else entirely. Surprised by the lack of transparency across the board.

The staff, Brittany and Karen are great. They are well trained to care for my two full sized German Shepherds of over 100 pounds each, and they were made comfortable while visiting the vets office. Jay, Dr Hellmann, has never met a stranger in his life, after five minutes, I felt I've known him for years! He cares for the dogs as if they were his own and stresses that we're all family when it comes to their care. He does a great job of explaining about the different medications, both the pros and cons, and involved me in the decision of what to use. I believe he has over 30 years in his vocation and the information flows without haste or hesitancy . When leaving, I felt as though I've made a perfect decision in selecting All Creatures Veterinary Clinic to care for my pets, and I enjoyed the visit too!
