All Creatures Care Cottage

I took my baby Melody with this place and they treated her with care and gentleness, it was hard for me to trust with my baby since she is a runt and very fragile. They took good care of her getting her spayed. Would recommend this place for rabbit parents. She is fully recovered and is back to hopping and back to her spoiled princess attitude LOL thank you all so much each of you for taking care of my baby Melody have a good weekend

Dr. Rand was the first vet that knew a lot about bearded dragons! We went to a few vets prior and they didn't even see that she had lost weight (something we were aware of). Sadly, we had to put her down, but she is now in heaven without being in pain. The staff thoughtfully sent a card which really touched me and my husband. RIP Lychee...we miss you and are thankful for the support of All Creatures.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! Took my bunny here for a wellness exam and nail trim, and they made him bleed during the trim. I was horrified. On top of that, they take your pet to the back where you can’t see what’s happening—completely unprofessional and unsettling. I do not recommend this place at all. Do NOT trust them with your pet!

All Creatures Care Cottage is a great place to take any animal. When I travel my baby always stays safe with them. I have never had any problems the three years they have been my Vet!

From the first moment I called your office I received excellent customer service. The girl that answered the phone was very reassuring that the doctors and staff had the proper knowledge and experience to properly care for my African Grey Parrot "Casper". I have had Casper for 27 years and this was her first vet visit. My stress level was very high as Caper never leaves the house and doesn't get sick. She had a nasal respiratory infection. Once I arrived I was quickly greeted and helped to a room. The assistant came in and Casper was so comfortable with her that she talked to her. This isn't common as Casper doesn't come in contact with strangers. The doctor was also very helpful. He prescribed an antibiotic and explained how to give it to Casper. He was also very informative about how to improve Casper's diet. They flushed her nasal and handled her with great care. Casper is doing a lot better and I'm extremely thankful.
