All Creatures Animal Hospital offers a vast array of veterinary services, making it a highly versatile "Pet Hospital." Their general wellness services include crucial preventative care such as vaccinations, parasite control (fleas, ticks & heartworms), annual wellness exams for early detection of issues, microchipping for identification, and diet & nutrition counseling to promote overall well-being. They also provide comprehensive dentistry, including annual exams and cleanings. For diagnostic needs, the hospital is equipped with radiography (X-ray), diagnostic ultrasounds for evaluating internal organs and conditions, and in-house laboratory services for timely test results. Surgical services encompass routine procedures like spay & neuter, and various soft tissue surgeries. A unique aspect of their offerings includes holistic and therapy services, such as laser therapy for pain and healing, and acupuncture therapy for inflammation and pain management. Furthermore, the hospital extends its expertise to specialty services for birds, exotic pets (ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, sugar gliders, rodents, arachnids, monkeys), reptiles (snakes, frogs/toads, bearded dragons, chameleons, geckos, iguanas, turtles, tortoises), and even some livestock like pigs. They also offer telemedicine consultations for select non-emergency services and provide end-of-life care, including hospice and humane euthanasia, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to pet care throughout all life stages.
Several key features distinguish All Creatures Animal Hospital. Secondly, the hospital's commitment to urgent care is highly valued by clients, as exemplified by Dr. Albert's ability to see an urgent case within hours of a call. This responsiveness is critical in situations where immediate attention is needed. Thirdly, their embrace of both conventional and holistic medicine (laser therapy, acupuncture) provides pet owners with a wider array of treatment options, allowing for integrated and personalized care plans. The emphasis on preventative care, including wellness exams, vaccinations, and parasite control, highlights their proactive approach to maintaining long-term pet health. Moreover, the staff's dedication to compassionate and understanding care, especially during difficult times like end-of-life decisions, is a frequently praised feature. Doctors like Dr. Albert, Dr. Pan, and Dr. Adamcak are specifically mentioned in reviews for their excellent care and expertise, particularly with exotic pets. The capability for onsite blood work also contributes to efficient diagnostics.
The promotional information for All Creatures Animal Hospital heavily relies on positive customer testimonials that speak to their high standards of care and compassionate approach. Clients consistently express gratitude for the staff's "amazing" and "caring" nature. The ability to accommodate urgent care needs quickly, as experienced by a new client, is a strong selling point. Reviews highlight successful treatments for various animals, including guinea pigs and chinchillas, with specific mentions of doctors saving lives. The sentiment of being "in good hands" and receiving "care and love" for their "fur baby" is a powerful endorsement. While one negative review expressed concern about charges for an emergency intervention resulting from clinic materials, the overall feedback leans strongly towards positive experiences, emphasizing the clinic's quick action in emergencies and the genuine care provided by the veterinarians and staff. The hospital also offers various promotions to attract new clients and reward loyal ones, such as a "New Client Special" offering 50% off a pet's first wellness exam fee. They also provide discounts for senior citizens and military clients on all medical services, and a "Refer a Friend" program where both the referrer and the referred friend receive a $50 credit. Additionally, they have seasonal promotions like $30 off heartworm/tick screenings with the purchase of preventative medication. These promotions, combined with the strong positive word-of-mouth, aim to position All Creatures Animal Hospital as a reliable, compassionate, and comprehensive veterinary care provider in the East Amherst community and beyond.

May 20, 2025 · Nancy FinlaysonUnfortunately, I really wanted to love this place. After waiting for nearly half an hour after my appointment time, I went in for a routine check-up. They placed a toxic wrap on my dog's leg (where they took his blood), my dog then quickly ate the wrap. They informed me that they now had to do emergency interventions on him immediately. As I left, they then told me these interventions would cost me another $200 and I had to pay for it. I dropped half a thousand dollars at the place this morning for a routine check-up. They should not have charged me for these interventions that they caused by using toxic materials for dogs, often who lick and chew frequently. I am thankful they acted quickly, however the least they could have done was not charge me for this traumatic event that was caused by the materials they source for their hospital.
Apr 28, 2025 · Isabel AnadonDr. Adamzak and staff was amazing with our Holland Lop rabbit, Nala. We live an hour and 30 minutes away and was in need of an exotic vet due to our bunny’s hurt back leg. We were able to get right in and they were very kind and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable too! I definitely recommend All Creatures Animal Hospital and will be making the drive back to have Nala spayed in December.
Oct 23, 2024 · Marcy RoushUnfortunately on Friday I had to make an extremely hard decision to let my guinea pig Salem cross the rainbow bridge. As horrible as it was to go through that, the staff was beyond amazing!!! I’ve been taking him there since he was a baby & they have always treated him with so much love & care. I’m happy that this was where we were comforted in his last moments because he loved going to All Creatures Animal Hospital!! He felt like a celebrity every time he came in haha. Thank you all for your compassion! Can’t recommend this clinic enough!!!!
Feb 23, 2025 · Kate DDo not bring your ferret here , I called many places and they all recommended me to come here and I went there and they took advantage of my ferrets situation and decided to put my ferret in surgery saying that was really the only option and then tell me an hour later that he needs to be put down because they weren’t equipped enough to deal with his condition. I get to the office and the first thing asked was “do you want to cremate your animal or no” how insensitive I don’t even know if my ferret is alive or if I can take him somewhere else they just jumped right to death. All the staff was very rude except one lady and she was the only person to actually care about my ferret and tried her best. I paid so much money for nothing gave me tons of medicine that was extremely expensive and had me go out and buy different types of medicine for not even 1 use. Do not bring your animal here the lack of care in this facility is disgusting and while my ferret is passing away all I can here from the other side of the wall is a whole bunch of laughter and giggling who would want to hear that while there pet is dying. Do more research and don’t bring your animal here because they only want to squeeze money out of you.
