We recently boarded our parrots while we were traveling, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we dropped them off, we felt reassured that they were in caring and capable hands. The staff was not only knowledgeable about parrots but also genuinely passionate about their well-being. It’s one thing to simply feed them, but it’s another to truly care—interacting with them, whistling with them, and making sure they feel engaged. After all, parrots are highly social creatures, and it was clear that the team understood that. We were also able to receive updates while we were away, which gave us peace of mind. A huge thank you to Jensen, Haley, Jessica, and the rest of the team for their kindness and dedication! We will definitely be returning the next time we need boarding.

I visited this vet for the first time with my rabbit, and I didn’t expect them to spend so much time explaining everything about rabbit care since I was completely new to it. They were incredibly nice, very informative, and even offered advice for my dog, who goes to a different vet. Honestly, they were so helpful that I’m considering switching my dog over to them. They provided great advice on dealing with my flea issue, including which flea medicine to buy and what I shouldn’t have bought. I learned a lot from the visit.

I’ve been bringing my dog to this clinic for annual vaccinations and injuries, but my recent experience was awful. The staff and vet were extremely impatient and treated my dog poorly. During a visit for an anal gland issue, the assistant asked minimal questions, and the vet conducted a rough examination. Without letting my anxious (but sweet) dog calm down, the vet dragged her to the back to empty her anal glands. Since the procedure, my dog hesitates when pooping, and I’ve noticed blood when wiping her. This was a traumatic experience for both of us. The lack of care and compassion for animals is unacceptable. I will never return to this clinic and do not recommend it to anyone who truly cares about their pet’s well-being.

Good clinic with generally great staff. Mary graduated a few years after my own parents and I sought continued service due to that association. I have rarely been let down with service and my only complaints for a long time were some obvious instances of prioritizing profit over care that is unfortunately frequently necessary for independent veterinarians to stay in business. After years of service (I’ve known this person my entire life) she apparently could not remember me and frequently confused two of my dogs that look entirely different (one gold, one black). I am unsure if this is due to stress, age, or misinformation of some type but the final straw for ceasing services was the complete loss of record of my 2023 visit and the rabies vaccine administered then(the purpose of the visits) Over vaccination in dogs is shown to cause hypersensitivity, immune disorders, and a shortened life span.

Both our family and all of our pets LOVE All Creatures Animal Hospital!!! We have two dogs, a aging cat with a thyroid condition, and a bunny and they all receive the absolute best care I could imagine, provided with sincere love and affection by the staff and doctors, when we take them to All Creatures!!! I’ve had pets all my life, and have had experience with Vets all over the Mid-West and Florida. However, I’ve never found an animal hospital that I trust (and my animals love to visit! Truthfully, they do!) as much as All Creatures. ❤️ We will be customers for life with every pet we might ever have (especially since they do treat exotics and very few vets in this area do - but truthfully that is just a bonus).
