Rocky gets great care at all brick veterinary But they need to improve their phone service. They don't answer the phone half of that time And it takes them a long time to get back to you even when you text them.. They need to have another staff member just answering calls. It's frustrating when you call and don't even get a voicemail it just hangs up on you. Also when you leave a text message it takes them forever to get back to you. Great animal service but need to improve customer service.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The older male doctor was rude, short, and dismissive. We barely had a chance to ask questions, and when we did, he didn’t seem interested in providing clear answers. I work in veterinary medicine, so I’m familiar with what should be recommended, and it seemed like they were suggesting a lot of unnecessary treatments for our dog. The wait for results was also long. I understand delays happen, but there was no effort to keep us informed or ease our minds while we waited. The doctor also refused to put our dog on medication, despite her clearly needing supportive care. To top it off, I brought my other dog in for a wellness check, and it was barely even an exam—he was in and out in five minutes, and it was hard to see how thorough the examination could have been. We left feeling completely dissatisfied and ignored. Lastly, they don't return voicemails, which only added to the frustration. I looked at reviews before coming and didn’t believe they provided poor care but they do. I will definitely not be returning, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had my dog’s teeth cleaned here this week. He’s eight years old and I’ve been putting it off for years. The checkup the week before was pleasant and quick. The teeth cleaning itself was less expensive than I was afraid it might be. Only one tooth extraction. We’ve been coming here since COVID. This is one of the few places where you could still come in and be with your pet during those times. I like both the female veterinarians and all the techs. The older male doctor can be a bit crass. He rushed us in and out once with an mis diagnosis and medication that didn’t help this last summer. The prices here are more reasonable than anywhere else we’ve tried.

Horrible Customer Service. I have been calling for over a week now to schedule my Dogs yearly exam. I've left messages, with no return call back. This USED to be a great Veterinary. Not so much anymore. Great Docs, but horrible receptionists up front. Won't be surprised when this place shuts down because of all the customers they lose. Update: Received a call back from receptionist. Threatening, if I Do not take down my review they will refuse service to my dog. I will NOT take my review down. I will be more than happy to take my Dogs elsewhere. Like I said before. Great Vets ( especially the female Vet, she's great!) But horrible front dest receptionists. Horrible customer service. The nerve to call and Threaten someone over a review. Classless. No accountability whatsoever. No ma'am or Sir! When you called back you THREATENED that if I didn't remove my review that you would not allow my dog to be seen. Let's be honest and not deceitful! After that I proceeded to say that I would be MORE than happy to take my Dogs elsewhere. Which was then replied with, fine with us!
