the staff is very friendly and patient, plus the place is always clean. prices are a bit high compared to others. but the attention is good and fast. They saved my little dog Mocha from parvovirus.now he is an adult dog and is still here with us. I love my dog. 💕

We used this clinic from the time it opened its doors for all our pets. After Dr. Cox left, it changed. I had appointments for my dogs and waited over an hour. When they called a walk-in ahead of me, I got up, told them to cancel the appointment and left. My dogs are nervous enough about going to the vet without a long wait. Even though my dogs didn't see the vet, I continued to get texts wanting me to give them a good review. The people at the front desk are not friendly. They don't act like they like people or animals. If I could give the current clinic zero stars, I would.

I recently visited this facility to get shots for my dog. This clinic was orginally referred to me by Paw Inn & Suites. I typically go to Cat & Cow Clinic. Well, on my recent visit. There was a young lady that entered my room. There was no warm welcome. She just began to ask me what I was there for. I meantioned that I scheduled an appointment and discussed this with the clerk down to the amount that I would be charged which was $121. I told her the shots that I was there for. She leaves the room to go gather what was needed. She returns to the room with another young lady who didnt speak either. They ask if I can muzzle my big dog and I said yes and proceeded to do that. Well, my dog was definitely afraid and was being resistant so they go get a doctor. The doctor returned and he didnt introduce himself either. I immediately thought that none of them liked their job and was simply over working there.. Anyhow, all 3 began to assist to administer the shots for my dog. After that was done, I go to the front desk to pay. The rate was different so I asked for a detailed bill. Do you know that this facility administered a influenza shot that cost $50? No one discussed giving my dog this shot, they just snuck it in. I let the front clerk know how I felt about this. The next day, Dr. Cox, called me to discuss my concerns. He states that he asked the young ladies to ask my about the shot and they told him that I said yes. THAT WAS A LIE! Then he states that when he walked in the room, he asked me about it also. THAT IS A LIE ALSO!. He didnt even speak to me. I realize that mistates happen however as a facility that administers medicine, these kind of mistates should NOT happen. He did not apologize or admit fault. I told him that there should be protocals in place to prevent this. Perhaps a checklist that we can sign off on to verify what our pet is receiving. I will be returning to Cat & Cow where they are friendly, pleasant, and welcoming.

All Animal Hospital has a wonderful staff and physicians. Dr. Stevens treated CoCo for diabetes and was very through in explaining how to administer the shots twice a day. Both, Dr. Stevens and Dr. Cox have treated both our dogs and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My chi, Snoop Dawg' is treated very well. We moved here a yr ago. He's went under and had his teeth cleaned and pulled as needed. We're satisfied with the services. He is one happy dawg! [Click on pix to see in full]
