Dr. Ashley and staff are amazing. I’ve used them for the last 4 years and hope to always bring my future pups here. Some of the most caring and gentle humans considering it’s a tough profession to work in. Not enough words to describe Dr. Ashley though - very personable and will sit with you to laugh, cry, and answer any and all questions you may have. Highly Recommend Dr. Ashley! He saved my Cats life! She had a Large tumor that others missed diagnosed and Dr. Ashley knew what it was right away. It was so big that she wasn't expected to make it! But, My Baby survived, thanks to Dr. Ashley and The All Care Staff! I can never Thank them Enough!! I recommend you take your furbabies to them!!!

Lost my little girl and they literally had me drive around the building and park by the dumpster to hand me her body and then said, “have a good day!” While I’m standing next to a literal dumpster holding my cat’s body. Dr. wouldn’t even let me finish speaking before he interrupted me multiple times throughout the visit. They didn’t even let me stay with her when they put her down and I hate that her last moments were with people who didn’t love her or even seem to care about her.

When I made this appointment I was NOT told that I would need to bring anything but my documents for my cats surgery. As soon as I walk in the office, the front staff was very rude. I made my appointment over the phone, this was my absolute FIRST time coming into the office, she proceeds to tell me that I need a cat carrier, I explained to her that I was not told that as I made my appointment over the phone, she points to the door and said, “it’s on the front door.” I was shocked with her rudeness, as again I told her this was my very first time in the office I wasn’t aware. I asked if the office had anything they could put him in after surgery and she proceeded to tell me multiple times that they did not. I walked outside to call someone to bring me a carrier for my cats surgery. The fact that as an office that “specializes” in surgery for animals, and they do not have the proper care to place them to wake up from the anesthesia is wild to me. Once I found someone to bring a carrier I go in and gave my voucher for the surgery and I told her I found someone to bring me a carrier. At this time Alexis has walked into the office and overheard our conversation, she then proceeds to say, “we have the cardboard boxes.” (This whole time I have been told they had absolutely nothing to place my cat in after the surgery.) The other girl in the front office walked out of my sight came back and said,” we have cardboard boxes but it will be $10.” At this point I was already pissed, but I just told her I have it taken care of. I sit down and proceed to fill out my paperwork when another customer comes in asking for “their crates that they bring to hold the animals in from the back.” The same girl looks at him and said we have cardboard boxes, but mentions nothing about the $10 fee. After I completed my paperwork I brought it to the front, Alexis starts going over the gentleman’s paperwork that walked in after I did, I never heard anything about his $10 charge, I then asked if everyone was charged $10 for the box and I was told they did by the rude girl in the office, who then proceeds to bend down and say something to Alexis who then looked up at me. The girl then walks to the back and proceeds to talk shit as if no one can hear her in the front. When she comes back to the front, I took my things and left. The only person I came in contact with that had a horrible attitude was the first girl in the office, but that alone made me not want to do business there. Good luck to anyone else who tries to go there.
